9 Small adjustments with appointment types, categories, or slots produce wild swings to the workflow Too many people with know how manipulating the schedule of patients simply does not work Swapping patient slots is possibly one of the worst things you can do..from experience Not using technology to assist your management or other staff will tend to cost you more in the long run Failing to communicate the purpose of technology to your staff and patients hinders adoption and promotes unintended sabotage Models and reports are only as good as as the input data have a good way to collect your data!
