3 ADEKA ULTRASEAL P-201 Rubber Waterstop ONE COMPONENT SWELLS ON CONTACT WITH WATER GOOD ADHESION TO CONCRETE, METALS, & GLASS CAN BE APPLIED TO WET SURFACE IN CAULKING CARTRIDGES ADEKA ULTRASEAL P-201 is a single-component hydrophilic compound used in water-stop and repair applications. It can be placed on damp or uneven surfaces and functions in a wide range of temperature and ground water conditions. ADEKA ULTRASEAL P-201 is used in pipe penetrations, preventing water penetration in sheet piles, precast concrete joints and a variety of joint and crack repair applications. P-201 is used for water stoppage at concrete joints, corner base plates, inverted castings, and tunnel work joints. It can also be used to stop leakage. It is used in a variety of joint and crack repair applications. It is used in conjunction with formed ADEKA water-stops whenever damp or rough surfaces are encountered. Available in 11.2-oz. cartridges, 6 cartridge/case, 24 cartridge/master case. ADEKA ULTRASEAL MC 2010M, MC 2005T & KCH String Hydrophilic Rubber Seals VARIOUS SHAPES AND SIZES PROVIDES PERMANENT SEAL SIMPLE TO INSTALL, SAVES TIME AND LABOR INSTALLS ON DAMP, ROUGH OR DRY SURFACES ADEKA ULTRASEAL Hydrophilic Rubber Seals are extruded, die cut, or otherwise shaped forms suitable for installation in a wide variety of applications. ADEKA ULTRASEAL shapes are used in concrete construction joints in strip or tape form, combined with P-201 caulk, adhesive and mechanical fasteners, as well as pre-coated adhesive on one side. They are used in piping surrounds, deep wall pipe surrounds, one-beam piling, box culvert joints, and tunnel segments. In ring or grommet form, ADEKA ULTRASEAL RINGS have many applications in piping joints, and gasketing areas. In string or extruded rod shapes, varying diameters are available for a wide variety of sealant applications. Dark gray, black. CCW MIRASTOP Bentonite Clay Waterstop PREFORMED ROLL SELF-ADHERING EASY TO INSTALL For watertight concrete joints, a reliable strong waterstop is mandatory. CCW MIRASTOP is specifically used for NON-MOVING joints. It is ideal for many types of cast-in place and precast below grade concrete applications. CCW MIRASTOP waterstop contains infiltration of below grade moisture in non-moving joints. Easy to install, CCW MIRASTOP is a flexible, coiled strip of butyl rubber and expandable bentonite clay waterproofing joint compound. When it comes in contact with water it swells to form a strong compression seal. CCW MIRASTOP should be used in conjunction with the CCW MIRAFI WATERPROOFING SYSTEM of CCW MIRADRI, CCW MIRADRAIN and CCW MIRACLAY products. Use CCW MIRASTOP in construction joints in foundation slabs and below grade walls. In septic tanks, sewer manholes, pipes, utility and burial vaults, wet walls, box culverts and portable water tanks. HYDRO ACTIVE CUT & CUT CAT Polyurethane Chemical Grout GOOD DURABILITY ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY FILLS LARGE VOIDS HYDRO ACTIVE CUT is used where permanent water cut off in non-moving cracks, joints, and large voids such as rock fissure, crushed fault, gravel layer, and cutting off of gushing water when high pressure and speed are desired. When it comes into contact with water the grout expands and, depending on temperature and the amount of accelerator, it quickly cures to a rigid, closedcell polyurethane foam that is resistant to most organic solvents, mild acids and micro-organisms. HYDRO ACTIVE CUT is packaged in 5-gallon pails. HYDRO ACTIVE CUT CAT comes in a quart plastic jug. HYDRO ACTIVE CUT is a blackish-brown transparent nonflammable liquid. 4 HYDRO ACTIVE FLEX LV & HYDRO ACTIVE FLEX CAT Polyurethane Chemical Grout FLEXIBLE CHEMICAL GROUT ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY UNAFFECTED BY CORROSIVE ENVIRONMENTS HYDRO ACTIVE FLEX LV is designed for grouting joints or repairing leakages in concrete structures. HYDRO ACTIVE FLEX LV forms a flexible gasket or flexible plug in the joint or crack. When it comes into contact with water the grout expands and, depending on temperature and amount of accelerator used, it quickly cures to a tough, flexible, closed cell polyurethane foam that is essentially unaffected by corrosive environments. HYDRO ACTIVE FLEX LV is packaged in 5-gallon pails. HYDRO ACTIVE FLEX CAT comes in a 25- ounce bottle. HYDRO ACTIVE FLEX LV is pale yellow. HYDRO ACTIVE FLEX CAT is transparent. HYDRO ACTIVE FLEX SLV is a very low viscosity resin grout that expands upon contact to water and quickly cures to form a tough, flexible, closed cell polyurethane foam. It prevents further water infiltration. HYDRO ACTIVE FLEX SLV penetrates fast, replacing water, and can be applied without the need to stop water seepage prior to injection. HYDRO ACTIVE SEALFOAM NF Polyurethane Chemical Grout CONVENIENT CARTRIDGE HYDROPHILIC FOAM STANDARD VISCOSITY HYDRO ACTIVE SEALFOAM NF is a non-flammable, V.O.C.-compliant polyurethane injection resin designed to control water and seal moving nonstructural cracks in concrete. HYDRO ACTIVE SEALFOAM NF is a standard viscosity, hydrophilic resin which, after coming into contact with water, expands quickly and cures to a flexible closed foam. HYDRO ACTIVE SEALFOAM NF cures to an extremely tough and adhesive foam capable of withstanding extreme thermal cycles and crack movement. Other applications include using saturated oil-free OAKUM or open cell foams for expansion joints or annulus seals. HYDRO ACTIVE SEALFOAM NF is packaged in 10.3-ounce standard cartridges, 12 cartridges to the case. It is also available in 5-gallon pails. Pale yellow. MUNICIPAL SEWER Polyurethane Chemical Grouts EXCELLENT DURABILITY PROVEN PERFORMANCE V.O.C. COMPLIANT HYDRO ACTIVE FLEXGEL and HYDRO ACTIVE FLEXGEL SLV are chemical grouting substances which form a gelled mass when they come in contact with water. They are low viscosity gel type polyurethane grout and are applied in much the same manner as acrylamide grout, but have the advantage of being one part systems. They also have superior strength and safety features. After curing they form a flexible gasket and an effective barrier to water infiltration. HYDRO ACTIVE MULTIGEL SLV is an ultra-lowviscosity polyurethane gel used in sanitary sewer joint sealing, manhole water control and storm sewers, it can be injected in even the most difficult soils. HYDROACTIVE MULTIGEL NF is a nonflammable, V.O.C.-compliant grouting compound. All of the above grouts are designed to perform such tasks as stopping infiltration into manholes, (brick or mortar), sealing of pipe joints through commercial packer equipment for repairing leakages in sanitary and storm sewer pipes, and stabilization of soil. Base materials are packaged in 5-gallon pail. Accelerator jugs will contain from 0.2/gallon to 0.5/gallon. HYDRO ACTIVE MULTIGEL SLV is pale yellow and HYDRO ACTIVE MULTIGEL NF is yellow. L-2

5 INJECTO GROUT KIT Waterproofing System For Concrete Joints PREVENTATIVE WATERPROOFING SYSTEM USE IN COLD JOINTS PACKAGED IN KITS INJECTO GROUT SYSTEM is a preventative waterproofing injection system for use in construction and cold joints. Pouring of the concrete is to be done with the utmost care. A successful injection depends entirely on correct application of the system. INJECTO GROUT SYSTEM in non-assembled packaging can be adjusted to desired lengths for construction joints in lengths up to 25 ft. maximum. Kits contain INJECTO yellow tubing x 100 ft. Reinforced PVC tubing x 10 ft., 10 ea. Blue Trumpets and 100 ea. Anchor Clips. PIPE PLUG KIT Water Control For Pipe Penetration EASY-TO-USE PREPACKAGED KIT SEALS PIPES, ELECTRICAL CONDUIT EXPANDS 5 TIMES IN VOLUME PIPE PLUG KIT is a unique way of sealing pipe penetrations, electrical conduits, or building conduits with water seepage that needs to be stopped or sealed. One kit is sufficient to seal the inside of a 4-inchdiameter pipe. If larger pipes need to be sealed use additional kits. One kit will expand 5 times in volume. (At 70 F in seconds.) Each packet includes 16-oz. pipe plug grout, 1/2 oz. of accelerator, fiber and one pair of surgical gloves. SWELLSEAL Hydro Reactive Sealant ONE-COMPONENT SEALANT EXCELLENT ADHESION EXPANDS ON CONTACT TO WATER EASY APPLICATION SWELLSEAL is a gun-applied, one-component, hydro-reactive, expansive sealant for waterproofing joints in concrete. SWELLSEAL expands up to minimum 250% in contact with water to create a durable waterstop with long-lasting adhesive and hydro-swelling properties. SWELLSEAL has excellent adhesive properties on different surfaces such as concrete, steel, glass, PVC, HDPE, etc. The surface can be rough, smooth, damp or dry. Use SWELLSEAL in irregular cold and construction joints, manholes, sewer systems, pipe penetrations floor slabs and various other applications 20-ounce unipacs. 12 unipacs/case. Gray. WASHING AGENT Cleaning Solvent For Grout Pumps & Equipment NON-FLAMMABLE SOLVENT MIXTURE CLEANS EQUIPMENT AND PUMPS V.O.C. COMPLIANT WASHING AGENT is composed of a mixture of organic solvents with high dissolving properties for liquid polyurethane products. It is highly recommended to flush pump with WASHING AGENT prior to injection to alleviate any trace of moisture. After use of pumping equipment flush the pump with WASHING AGENT until not a trace of HYDRO ACTIVE GROUT appears. 1 to 2 gallons is normal. 5-gallon metal pails; closed head with flexspout. Clear. 6 Accessories For Waterstopping Materials INJECTION PORTS DRY OAKUM GROUT PUMPS INJECTION PORTS are a simple and reliable method of injection. They are specially designed to withstand injection pressures up to 3000 PSI. They are capable of handling polyurethane and epoxy resins up to 4000 c.p.s. The ports use common hydraulic lubrication fittings and have a check valve design that automatically prevents back flow of resin after injection. A variety of injection ports are available such as several types of Button Head Packers and Mechanical Packers. DRY OAKUM is a twisted, jute oakum made in rope form without tar or oil. It is easy to handle and convenient to use. OAKUM will save time and money, since it is made to pack solidly in minimum time. Double yarn construction permits easy division of strands for use on small sealing applications. OAKUM is shipped in 50-lb. coils. PORTABLE GROUT PUMPS and electric/airless pumps can be purchased. Low viscosity hand held pumps are also available. All are for use with HYDRO ACTIVE GROUTS. SIKAFIX HH Expanding, Polyurethane, Chemical Grout HYDROPHOBIC PERMANENTLY FLEXIBLE BRIDGES WIDE GAPS 0% SHRINKAGE SIKAFIX HH is a high-solids, polyurethane, liquid chemical grout. It is pumped into voids to stop water infiltration. SIKAFIX HH permanently stops unwanted water in defective concrete, joints, tunnels, dams, pipe intrusions, tanks, sewers, manholes, etc. SIKAFIX HH is easy to apply and remains flexible. It has tenacious adhesion to wet or dry surfaces. It is safe to the environment. The applicator can control the reaction time with accelerator from 3 seconds to 30 seconds. Prior to starting and when finished it is recommended to use the SIKAFIX PUMP FLUSH to clean out any left over chemical grout. SIKAFIX HH 5-gallon pail. SIKAFIX accelerator 1-pint or 1 gallon-cans. SIKASET PLUG Fast-Setting, Portland Cement Waterstop RAPID SET TIME EXCELLENT BOND RESISTS SEWAGE USE VERTICAL OR HORIZONTAL SIKASET PLUG is a versatile, fast-setting, portlandcement water-stop. It has a rapid set time and bonds well to concrete and masonry. The product resists sewage can be used on the horizontal or vertical and indoors or out. When mixed with water it becomes a grout to stop pressure leakage and seepage. For grouting railings of wood, concrete, and metal. Use in sewers, waste water treatment plants, basements, sumps, pools, tunnels, and other applications. COVERAGE: 800 cubic inches per 50 lbs. Packaged in 10-pound pails. 4 pails/case, and 50-pound pails. Concrete gray. SIKASWELL S 1-Part Polyurethane Extrudable Swelling Waterstop SWELLS UP TO 100% PERMANENTLY WATER RESISTANT NO NAILS, NO GLUE, NO HOOKS EASY, SIMPLE APPLICATION SIKASWELL S is a specially formulated, high-performance, swellable, one-component, polyurethanebased waterstop for use in all kinds of construction joints. Swelling rubber creates a compression seal within joint, blocking the passage of water. It is designed for construction joints, sealing pipe penetrations through walls and floor slabs. It may be applied horizontally or vertically, and overhead. It is ideal between new and existing concrete.
