Panels shall consist of interior and exterior metal skins precisely formed with steel dies and roll-form equipment and thoroughly checked with gauges for accuracy. The insulation shall be "Foamed-In Place" (not laminated) and when completely heat-cured, bind tenaciously to the metal skins to form a rigid ", " or " thick insulated panel. Urethane shall be CFC free Enovate 000 (poured, not frothed). To insure tight joints, panel edges must have foamed-in-place tongues and grooves which are of the same density as the rest of the panel. A flexible vinyl gasket, which is also foamed in place (not glued or stapled) shall extend around the interior and exterior perimeter of all tongue edges. Gaskets shall be resistant to damage from oil, fats, water and detergents and must be NSF-approved. b. Foam core of panels shall be Underwriters Laboratories-listed as having flame spread of or lower and smoke generation of 0 or lower when tested in accordance with ASTME-- and certified with a UL Label. Panels shall be approved by Factory Mutual as a Class I building type. They shall be foamed using a high impingement mixing process utilizing Enovate 000 HFC expanding agents (zero ozone depleting). Panels shall be in compliance with the Federal Energy Independence and Security Act of 00 with minimum R-values tested and approved per the code. c. All panels except corner panels shall be made in " and " widths, fully interchangeable for fast, easy assembly. Panels -/", -/" or -/" wide are to be furnished only if required to fit the allocated space. Custom width panels shall be provided to meet non-nominal sizes.
