5 Slip & Anti Block Masterbatch Active Plus+ Slip & Anti Block Masterbatch is specially designed for using with polyolefin products which help reduce the film blocking problem as it enables air to pass between two layers of film and reduces the vacuum, so that the difficulty in unrolling thin film or opening bags is eliminated. Consequently, a production process does not need a conventional blowing process to separate films, resulting in a faster production process, less defects, and fine appearance. 6 Processing Aids Masterbatch Active Plus+ Processing Aids Masterbatch is specially developed masterbatch to use with polyolefin products. The fluorinate polymer masterbatch will help avoid the generation of gel, die line and melt fracture, resulting in improving the smoothness of the film s surface. This product is fluoro polymer which reduce friction between molten plastic and metal element of machinery by coating cylinder, screw and die hard.
