Splicing: tesa 4432 Excellent butt splicing tape with stabilised paper backing for all paper grades withstands highest tension during splicing process. Splice Flagging: tesa 4204 S/s tape, the best solution for splice indication, preferably used in red colour for easy identification. Core Starting: tesa D/s non-woven tape with proven adhesion properties to ensure secure paper web fixing to the core in rewinding process. End Tabbing: tesa 4329 Strong s/s creped paper tape for secure closing of paper rolls that is suitable for different paper grades and demanding surfaces. 3 DRY END Hole Patching: tesa Thin, uncoated paperbased s/s tape to patch holes in Kraft liner material before lamination process; features high heat-shear resistance and good absorption of starch. 5 End Tabbing: tesa 4329 Strong s/s creped paper tape for secure closing of paper rolls, suitable for different paper grades and demanding surfaces. 6 Web Braking / Controlling: tesa 4863 Silicone coated grip tape for coverage of braking bars in splicing units to reduce speed of expiring web before splicing process; also for covering guidance rollers to avoid board slipping during production. 7 Closing: tesa PV 1 Secure closure of boxes thanks to an excellent combination of high initial tack and adhesion level.
