3 Green Building Faculty The Green Building Faculty (GB Faculty) supports the initiatives of green building and sustainable environment of the HKGBC and its Green Labelling Committee (GLC), Industry Standards and Research Committee (ISRC), Communications and Membership Committee (CMC), as well as Technical Review Committee (TRC) and Professional Development Committee (PDC) of the BEAM Society (BSL). Technical Review Committee (TRC) The Technical Review Committee (TRC) conducts all matters related to the BEAM rating tools to specific building assessments, including: manage the development and upgrade BEAM rating tools, manage a team of BEAM Expert Panels, monitor the quality of assessments.
