The range is designed so you can replace your current ceiling tiles with our metal mesh ceiling tiles with ease and without replacing your grid system. The tiles can also be installed with new grid systems, such as 15mm and 24mm. We work direct with architects, designers and contractors on bespoke projects where large open areas are required to be covered. Metal mesh ceiling tiles are ideal for transportation hubs, renovating older builders to help give a modern look and feel and spaces with large ceiling areas. Each product can be manufactured in a range of different materials and can be finished in a wide range of different finishes and colours. 10 SECONDARY FINISHES There are a number of well researched secondary finish process that work well with the ceiling tile product range. If you require an industrial look, modern look or even an antique look to your project, we will be able to provide a suitable finish. Adding secondary finishes to the ceiling tiles assist in prolonging the life of the ceiling tile. Most commonly used secondary finishes are powder coating and electroplating, respectively offering different finishes. For flat ceiling tiles simple cuts and shaping this can be done on site. The following tools are commonly used for on site work cutting panels to shape size: - Tin snips - Angle grinder - Band saw For bespoke cutouts and bespoke shapes these would need to be completed in the factory.
