3 Vegetation Survey Report Summary Completed by Burditt Consultants, LLC on December 16, All woody plants with a DBH of 8 or greater were located, as well as all dead trees with a DBH of 16 or greater. The following attributes were recorded: Species - DBH - Height Crown Spread - Condition - Comments Plant communities were identified and their boundaries mapped. All identified species of woody and herbaceous vegetation were recorded along with general stand characteristics. A total of 972 trees were inventoried within the project area.

8 Excellent The tree is in nearly perfect condition, vigor and form. This rarely used category is generally applicable to trees considered to be a true specimen of their species. Condition Inventory Criteria Good The tree has no major structural problems, no significant mechanical damage, may have only minor aesthetic insect, disease, structural problems; yet is in good health.

The tree may also have severe mechanical damage, crown dieback or poor vigor which may threaten its ability to thrive. Dead The tree is defoliated by 80% or more.
