The requirements are --- 1) The Branch Manager shall broadly have the following roles --- He should be professionally competent to manage the working of the Branches with reference to timely decision making, innovativeness, integrity, effectiveness of control. Serves as a good leader in implementation the director s decision with the support of Staff and the Head Office. The Branch Manager should devote himself / herself to the day to day administration of the Branch and development of its business within the framework laid-down by the Board of Directors. 2) AGE : Age should not be more than 50 years at the time of Appointment. 3) Educational : Bachelor in any faculty from recognized University Qualification: Similarly, recent and updated knowledge of Computerization [CBS Environment] and loan scrutiny and recovery is essential.

The requirements are --- The SENIOR OFFICER shall broadly have the following roles --- 1) He should have sufficient experience in Treasury Department / Investment Department (Also Trading in Govt. Securities). Also he should have the knowledge of analyzing the B/S & P/L Account of the Bank and different ratios and in a position to present the data to the Board of Directors time to time. He should have the knowledge of preparing budget for future depending on the past data on periodical basis. He should have the knowledge of ALM / CRAR.
