5 This session will offer the opportunity for a potential matching of PRTR needs in the region with available expertise. The session will consist of three themes: (a) Setting up a PRTR; (b) Calculation and measurement; (c) PRTR database, reporting, computerising the system. Countries with available PRTR expertise will decide which themes they wish to offer support on. They will then be split in three theme groups and they will provide expert guidance to representatives from the participating authorities Closing Session: Summary remarks by the Chair and closing statement by the host. ***
