1 One-line aggregate GEI-B Use: This aggregate is used as pump in central lubrication systems that are based on the one-line principle. One-line distributor e.g. VEI-A One-line aggregate GEI-B General construction: Essentially, the aggregate consists of a reservoir (), a motor (1), the gear pump (2), the pressure control and relief valves (3+6) that are optionally fitted with or without level switch (4), and a gauge (7). Mode of operation: A motor-driven gear pump (2) draws the lubricant from the reservoir () and delivers it to the outlet (working time). The pressure chamber is linked with a pressure control valve (3) and a relief valve (6).The latter serves to relieve the lubricant line's pressure down to 0, up to 1, bar during pump standstill (off-duty time). Duration of both working and off-duty time is regulated by means of external control. Information on EU Directive 2002/9/EC (RoHS) With Directive 2002/9/EC of January 27, 2003, for the limitation of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic devices (RoHS) material bans come into effect from July 2006 for electrical and electronic devices newly placed on the market for lead, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, mercury and brominated flame retardants. In its controls and switching devices, WOERNER only uses materials which fulfil the criteria of EU Directive 2002/9/EC. To the extent that hexavalent chromium has been used as corrosion protection in the parts which we produce ourselves, it has already been replaced by other environmentally tolerable protective measures. The mechanical devices supplied by WOERNER are not affected by EU Directive 2002/9/EC as they are appliances added or installed on "large-scale stationary industrial tools" (cf. EU Directive 2002/96/EC, Annex IA). But as WOERNER is conscious of its responsibility towards the environment, we shall also use materials fulfilling the requirements of the Directive for devices not covered by EU Directive 2002/9/EC as soon as they are generally available and their use is technically possible.
