Watkins Inspection included the following facility staff: Mike Tomasovic The following is an explanation of the Unsatisfactory findings and Areas of Concern: (30) Observed open spaces below the fence which may allow unauthorized access to the landfill (See Pictures 9, 11, & 12). Note: Began using painted test plots in specific areas as a baseline to field data. Also discussed conducting fence perimeter and land slope inspections concerning settlement, movement, erosion, seepage, leakage, cracking, and deterioration of land using specific plot designations.
