A chemical nanotechnological product that modifies the physical and mechanical characteristics of the ground surface, controlling and reducing the abrasive effects produced by water (superficial permeability), stopping the formation of mud and eliminating the release of superficial dust into the atmosphere. Ensures The superficial stability of grounds against the action of water, replacing other existing viable techniques. The formation of a layer resistant to water and to the superficial abrasion caused by the car tyres when they pass over it. Higher structural cohesion of the grounds surface. Savings of thousands of liters of water used to hose down streets and paths, with the only objective of placating the suspended dust. Offers: The possibility of a direct use over the existing ground. Application by irrigation. Substantial reduction of the water consumption for hosing down streets, highways and paths. Bind of the superficial particles, avoiding the suspended dust. Impermeable surface that controls mud formation. Reduction of the maintenance and conservation costs. Allows traffic under any climatic condition. Controls and reduces the effects of hydric erosion and the mechanical abrasion of car tyres.
Improves the roads safety by presenting a dry track in rainy days and by avoiding the dust that reduces visibility in dry days. Totally friendly to the ecosystem. Uses This product was specially designed to bring solutions in dirt streets; rural or secondary roads; stabilization of shoulders, maneuver lots; parking lots; tracks; paths; slope fixation; etc. Reduces the formation of mud in rainy days, allowing the water to run-off to the shoulders and ditches, due to the agglomeration of thin and medium particles contributed by the submicronic hydrophobic and adhesive particles of the support polymer. This effects take place in the superficial layers, providing a greater impermeability and structural cohesion. Likewise, the polymers effect of conglomeration and adhesion allows to retain the thin and medium particles from the running surface, preventing this way, the release of those particles to the atmosphere, either by wind effect or running car tyres.
The release of thin particles by effects of the mechanical abrasion caused by car tyres, causes this particles from the built matrix to fly away, this way the roads structure and natural cohesion decreases. When the thin particles fly away, the medium and medium thick compounds detach and generate an unstable and slippery surface for the driver, also with the possibility of this particles being propelled towards the crystals of other vehicles that are driving nearby. The dust caused by the thin particles being suspended in the air, drastically reduces the drivers visibility, producing traffic accidents.
On the other hand, the dust is blown away by the wind affecting the mucous membranes (respiratory tract and eyes) of habitants on the edge of this roads, or of the drivers, causing respiratory illnesses, allergies or eye irritations, in the majority of the cases. It is important to remember that the thin particles of 2,5 to 10 microns are considered an atmospheric pollutant, affecting health (it deposits in lungs, irritates eyes, affect throat and nose) and because of this, it must me avoided. APPLICATION AND MAINTENANCE The application of Soiltek AP consists in simply taking away the loose material and irrigating. The maintenance of a road treated with Soiltek AP requires a diluted superficial irrigation, generating a cumulative effect.
Is easily applicable ensuring a quick and simple answer to the inconvenient's previously mentioned. Saves huge amounts of water misused for the irrigation of roads and streets, allowing this water to be used for other more productive activities and where its impact will be more valued. SAVES WATER IMPROVES TRAFFIC SAFETY - EASY AND FAST APPLICATION Nanotechnology in action, to improve your quality of life.
