3 TerraZyme A bio enzymatic soil stabiliser To minimize the problems faced, we introduce TerraZyme an alternate tool for building roads TerraZyme, manufactured by Nature Plus Inc U.S, (under ISO 9002 procedures ) is an excellent replacement for metalling and solling. TerraZyme is a liquid extract from sugar molasses that improves the engineering qualities of the soil like CBR values and density and decreases the OMC, plasticity index of soil.

5 How does TerraZyme Work Clay Water Effect TerraZyme reduces size of double layer of clay, thereby reducing swell in clayey in soils Cation Exchange Thickness of double layer is reduced permanently, which reduces the water adsorbed by clay, which in turn reduces plasticity in clay and increases molecular structure of clay. TerraZyme stabilization effects Organic cations have large flat structures approaching size of clay particles, which then neutralizes the negative charge of clay by covering it Other TerraZyme effects It facilitates the removal of pore water leading to higher densities and reduced void percentages, leading to realignment of particles, thereby reducing permeability of soil
