Our incinerators are capable to process from 100 to 5000 kg of waste per hour. 9 LOADING UNITS Waste loading process into the ECO hopper is carried out from*: the containers (supplied) using a special pneumatic automatic lifting unit with rotating device auto-feed belt-conveyor robotic grabber unit * depends on requirements

10 PLC CONTROL SYSTEM Incinerators ECO are equipped with an automatic control unit and LCD-panel for continuous monitoring of the whole incineration process and for monitoring of filtration process, temperatures, loading, emissions. PLC algorithms are providing secured operation, ability to additional monitoring from control panel and possibility to avoid mistakes of personnel that might lead to the incinerators damage. PLC System is smart enough to block pretty much all common mistakes of operators with not alerting only but with log recording and sending information to the Greenex Eco Support Service.
