C A T E G O R Y 2: E N V I R O N M E N T A L E X C E L L E N C E Award is presented to an IWPA member company that has implemented innovative solutions to improving the environment. The solution can be related to forest management in tropical forests to innovations and efficiency projects in North America or abroad. Nominations may include company use of solar wind, renewable energy and the like. Projects may also include new logging, tracking and inventory measures, or water quality, wildlife protection and environmental services improvements. C A T E G O R Y 3: F U N C T I O N A L D E S I G N E X C E L L E N C E Award is presented to an IWPA member company that has implemented innovative solutions to using imported wood species in new applications. Examples may be structural, as interior components or exterior, such as walls or decks M A T E R I A L R E Q U I R E M E N T S Applicant must provide at least one electronic image (up to 3 meg) to be considered along with document (Word preferred) outlining requested information; please do not send more than three images. Low res images are acceptable during the nomination phase, however, if selected, high res images will be required. IWPA reserves the right to use your images and company name in any promotional efforts, including online or in print (royalty free).
