2 SUSTAINABILITY AS LIFESTYLE WE REUSE A SUB- PRODUCT OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY WE PROCESS LEATHER FROM RAW TO FINISHED, WHICH ALLOWS US TO HAVE 100% CONTROL ON PRODUCTION our production is based on RESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT, which entails: Respect of the integrity of the individual Safeguard of the environment and the local territory Investments in Research and Innovation Search for Profit to support the Local Territory and our Company activities In social-environmental responsibility we recognise the principles that guide our entrepreneurial initiatives, aimed at the development of the company and its staff, and the safeguard of future generations. With the publication of the sustainability report, we want to give you an insight of our experiences, sharing with you our needs, proposals and innovations, promoting that virtuous circle that has enabled us to be among the world excellences in our sector. In the following pages you will be able to follow our path and our commitment towards sustainability, centred on the following three aspects: ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL and ECONOMIC.

4 ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY The resources of the earth are limited and becoming more and more precious; our commitment aims at finding innovative methods for reducing emissions and improving the capacity of recycling waste and water. 5 PRODUCT CERTIFICATIONS We view certification as a tool for constant monitoring of our environmental impact, to ensure a gradual improvement of our environmental performance. Dani has several system and product certifications. CERT MDO-ICEC 1 ENVIRONMENTAL PRODUCT DECLARATION & PROCESS EPD (ISO 14025) Following the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), the following impact categories are taken into account: greenhouse effect, reduction of the ozone layer, acidification, photochemical smog, eutrophication. Certifying body: SGS DER BLAUE ENGEL (RAL UZ 148) It sets a range of parameters, more stringent than the ones set by the law, as far as the emission of substances contained in the leather. Certifying body: RAL LEATHER FROM ITALY FULL CYCLE (UNI EN 16484) It certifies that all production processes are carried out in Italy. Certifying body: ICEC CARBON FOOTPRINT OF PRODUCT (ISO/TS14067: 2013) It quantifies greenhouse gas emissions along the production line, from farming and breeding, up to the production of the finished leather. Certifying body: SGS GOLDEN M (RAL - GZ 430) This certificate is granted to those products that have passed stringent tests on wear and resistance to physical and environmental factors, and even smell tests. Dani is part of the supporting membership, whose assessment body is DGM (Deutsche Gutegemeinschaft Mobel - German furniture quality guarantee consortium).

In addition, it is also important for us to develop long-lasting relations with our suppliers, based on mutual collaboration, loyalty and transparency. This is what triggered the decision to issue a Code of Conduct, as a guide for our relationships with our suppliers and partners.
