However, with the thousands of visitors coming soon, two brand new thermal power plants and several new substations were built to facilitate a reliable power supply during the construction of the many new facilities and the EVENT ITSELF. The Baranovsky tunnel connects one of the oldest streets in the central district of Sochi with the Mamayka microdistrict.
