2 EN RLMM BIG DATA GROUP The Big Data working group in the EN RLMM, was established in Milan in 2015 and is responsible for observing the continuous developments and for informing the Members of the Network regularly about the advancements in this area. The Big Data Working Group involves experts from different countries, taking into account that very different trajectories can be observed in different European countries. The experts represent pivotal organisations, which are either relevant as data providers for regional labour market monitoring or carry out research on the methodological, legal, ethical aspects arising from the utilisation of and dealing with Big Data. 2

12 SUGGESTIONS Network Projects looking at local and regional use of realtime data and perhaps a new course for observatory staff to explore new skillsets for people to work in this area. Non EU countries should be allowed to be members of the EN RLMM Morocco: Foreign experts on big data will be welcome to improve our big data analysis in the observatory of labor market. Split big data by particular categories, instruments and purpose. What do you think about these suggestions?
