Assessment Profile, Analysis Report and Improvement Plan Your Score 7 Your Quotient LEVEL6 Your Profile Achieved Competency: Contribution

About the Dimension The dimension helps measure your capacity to give back and make a sound contribution in a professional setting. It sheds light on your aptitude, ability to strive, achieve and to get the job done. This dimension helps to reflect your ability to perform a task well, problem solve, develop tactical competencies and seek personal fulfillment. Your occupation should offer the greatest personal challenge outside of a family or intimate relationship. It is commonly noted that those who develop their social wellness are better equipped to effectively negotiate the multiple networks of diverse people they encounter occupationally, providing immense opportunities for personal growth and development. Those who develop in this area are able to contribute to the wellness of their workplaces and to the wellbeing of others. One's desire to contribute is often fulfilled in their occupation or life work. Contribution is essential to allow people to feel valuable and fulfilled; it massages the soul. This contribution often comes with certain rewards such as salary, promotion, health benefits and paid vacation that encourage further contribution. Aside from these tangible benefits, most people gain personal satisfaction that motivates, empowers and nourishes their self-esteem. Any obstacle to one's ability to contribute can have lasting effect on their emotional wellness. Granted, there are some people who do not like to work or hate their jobs. This could be because they are involved in an occupation that they are ill suited for and one that does not allow for the personal contribution previously discussed. Many such individuals have searched for opportunities to make a meaningful contribution by seeking out volunteer work to satisfy their need to contribute to the greater good. It is essential to budget one's contribution so that we do not become workaholics or over extend ourselves, thereby negatively impacting our health. What is Contribution? To contribute is to have impact, influence, input, involvement or to give support. This is contrary to the role most people play in their jobs and as such they become discontented and feel dislike towards their job. We each have the ability to contribute in a positive or a negative way. Having a career, occupation or job should allow for one to have some influence or impact. Too often this is not the case and employees become disengaged, discontented and detached from their roles, leaving a void that is often filled with negative actions and thoughts about themselves and their organization.

Dimensions Results Score Level Profile Profile Analysis 9-10 Level 8 Optimal Optimal Alignment Attained 8-9 Level 7 Success Excellent Commitment for 7-8 Level Level Level Level Level 2 Achieved Moderate Borderline Diminishing Disrupted Low Opportunity for Improvement Moderate Opportunity for Improvement Moderately High Opportunity for Improvement High Opportunity for Improvement Very High Opportunity for Improvement 1-3 Level 1 Deficit Extremely High Opportunity for Improvement Skills and Abilities Contribution Job Skills Job Positions Job Performance Job Commitment Healthy Working Environment Healthy Work Choices Competencies Productivity Job Satisfaction Job Improvement Effeciency Career Goals Knowledge Sharing Management Problem Solving Professionalism Career Opportunity Engagement

Your Key Life Scores It is imperative that you remember to ensure that you are caring for yourself in all of the key life areas to maintain your overall wellness. The chart below shows the key life areas you have assessed and the scores you've assigned yourself in each area. Skills and Abilities ensure we are equipped to do our jobs well. It is knowing that we have the knowledge to solve problems that arise on the job. Your skills and abilities are adaptable to many jobs and many different roles and responsibility. As we change jobs we will be able to transfer many of our skills to a new job. This is an area where we can also continue to grow and build capacity. Problem Solving Managem ent Knowledge Sharing Job Im provem ent Com petencies Job Position Job Skills Contribution is a very important aspect of being humans. Most of us like to create, develop or contribute to something in a professional way. Whether you are contributing to others in service as a volunteer or in your career you should feel a deep sense of accomplishment. Many people who have jobs where they lack autonomy and accountability often begin feeling dejected and bored. Humans are inherently creative and when that creativity is stifled they tend to become unhappy and dissatisfied with themselves and others. Professionalism Efficiency Productivity Job Com m itm ent Job Perform ance is achieved when you find balance between your values, purpose and your career. It is when you feel the satisfaction of contributing to others in an environment that is conducive to your growth and development. It is when you are experiencing job satisfaction that are aligned with your career goals. It is when you are engaged, stimulated, committed in a healthy work environment in which you are able to be creative and share your abilities with others in a meaningful way. Engagem ent Career Opportunity Career Goals Job Satisfaction Healthy Work Choices Healthy Working Environm ent

Analysis Report Profile: Achieved Level 6 You are experiencing some career success but there is a question in your mind as to whether it is the right path for you resulting in some value conflict. Use this time to figure out whatâ s right for you. Remember, you only have one life to live so take the time to do it well. Most people view their occupation as an opportunity to contribute. If you make good money but the work does not fulfill you, it may be time to search for another outlet within which to contribute to the world. I applaud you for being honest with yourself and for realizing it takes more than money to make a meaningful contribution.

Improvement Plan Now is time to create your occupational wellness improvement goals. Goals are things you plan on attaining or doing with intention and purpose. Your profile analysis report provides you with a view of where you are going and what you want to do. Now you should take some time to set some concrete goals for yourself in the areas you want to improve. If you need help, you can complete the occupational wellness improvement course by clicking the following chart. My Goals: What will I achieve? My Actions: How will I achieve it? My Results: When will I achieve it?

Available Improvement Resources Are there areas of your occupational wellness that you would like to improve? If so, please consider taking the occupational wellness improvement course. To begin improving the areas you desire, add any of the Improvement Resource Packages to your cart. Please contact us for more information on: Support Coaching Improvement
