3 The Objective Managing services for redundant workers is extremely challenging and innovative process, as each redundant resource needs unique solution and approach for resettlement. It can be difficult to devise best path for each individual and maintain communication with them, especially when there is a wide demographic and geographic diversity. This is an on-line administration and management information system. This system is developed to assist in the administration, tracking and targeting of redundant workers. This system is developed to provide a national framework for a consistent and coordinated public sector response to dealing with companies in difficulty at all stages, including redundancy. The system provides more effective and valuable management information. System also generates the reports that are easily understandable. RMS provides a powerful and flexible approach to managing the re-settlement process and can be used effectively by both the public and private sector companies.
