In this catalog, you will find a list of programs and available courses, course objectives, and audience profiles. 5 COURSE: 360FACILITY SYSTEM ADMIN (BASIC) Price: $99 Course Type: Virtual Classroom Audience Profile: The users who will be responsible for creating and/or managing users in 360Facility as well as other administrative functions such as creating and/or managing properties, notification and/or assignment rules, as well as all other administrative functions. CMMS Admin Facility/Property Manager Facility/Property Coordinator This course is designed to train learners how to set up the three most basic system administration tasks in 360Facility. These tasks include creating and maintaining Companies, Users, and Properties. After completing this course learners will be able to: Understand Company Basics. Create and Edit Companies. Understand different types of Users. Create Users and configure User Security. Create Properties. Understand Property Disposition Process. Utilize the Help link for help and reporting. 6 CMMS Admin HR/Payroll Professional How to configure and administer TimeCard: Chief Engineer Manager Facility/Property Coordinator Facility/Property Manager CMMS Admin HR/Payroll Professional This course is designed to train learners on the basic usage of the TimeCard (TC) module in 360Facility. In order to better understand the functionalities of the module, this course will cover system configuration in TC, understanding the differences between views in TC, and the role of security and permissions in TC. By the end of this course learners will be able to: Verify time entries against Work Orders. Enter non Work Order related hours. Understand the impacts of locking a Timecard. Understand differences between User and Manager TimeCard views. Understand the role of User security and Permissions in TimeCard. Utilize the TimeCard Dashboard. Print TimeCards. Configure Manager Employee Setup. Set maximum hours for regular and overtime categories in the system. COURSE: 360FACILITY ASSETS Price: $99 Course Type: Virtual Classroom Audience Profile: For facilities team members who will be responsible for creating and editing asset (usually equipment) records in 360Facility, or reporting on that data.
