3 Mentoring relationship 3 One oft he core elements oft he programme is a relationship of each mentee with a mentor. He or she as a rule should t belong tot he same institution like the mentee. The mentoring relationship is intended to provide an interchange of experiences and biographic ideas. Mentoring relationship: I prefer a mentoring tandem (one-to-one-mentoring). I prefer a tandem group. (A group of up to four mentees is matched with one mentor or two). Both types of mentoring partnership would be convenient for me..
