8 Frequently Asked Questions? 14 Q: How do you deliver the trainings? A: We usually come in teams of two trainers right to your premises (or other place of your choice, of course). We deliver the training as an agile project with highly interactive elements such as team work, simulation games and practical exercises (think Legos, poker chips and the like ) Q: Is this agile thing only for development teams? A: Definitively not! While Agile has its roots in software development, both the principles and methods can be applied to practically any context where project or change management needs to happen. Q: Why should I book the training from Wunder and not from some of the mainstream training companies? A: We are actual practitioners of Agile, both in projects that we deliver for customers and in the way our company works internally. So we live what we teach and that informs our trainings which we continuously adapt and improve. Q: Do you just do the training and then we re on our own? A: No. Besides our trainings we also offer ongoing coaching, repeat training concepts and full blown project management as a service. Q: Do you offer certifications? A: No. Our trainings are very much focused on practically experiencing and directly using Agile concepts. They are much more than just the transfer of book knowledge so that you can pass a test. So, quite honestly, we don t really believe in certifications. 15
