1 2015 Professional Association of Managing Agents Awards Nominations for 2015 Professional Association of Managing Agents Awards The Professional Association of Managing Agents invites you to nominate an outstanding person within the Industry who is really making a difference. The 2015 PAMA Property Manager & Industry Contributor Awards will recognize and honour that person(s) for Excellence, Leadership and Integrity. Property Managers and Industry Contributors play a very important role within the Real Estate Industry with all their skills, work ethic and other abilities they display. These Awards celebrate exceptional work, commitment and future commitment from the person(s) who are making a contribution within the Industry. Please help us recognize and award that someone in the Industry who has always encouraged and inspired you. Nomination Rules and Guidelines In addition to completing a short application form, Nominators must provide: 1. Information that demonstrates excellence in the individual s performance on the job. 2. Show how his/her work has had a positive impact and provides quality service to their clients. 3. Also demonstrate any activities or charities they may be involved with outside of work. 4. Examples of excellence, leadership and integrity. 2 ELIGIBILITY At the time of the nominations, all Nominees must meet the following criteria. Must be a Current Member of the Professional Association of Managing Agents (PAMA); Actively participating in his/her own development by striving to further improve his/her experience, knowledge and education; Made an outstanding contribution to the industry; Demonstrates a strong commitment to our industry by mentoring others; Volunteers his/her time for the betterment of the industry; Known for adherence to high standards of conduct, by leading through example; Has a high level of commitment by taking initiative to accomplish the job; Highly dependable individual that does what it takes to get the job done and consistently delivers results that provide exceptional value; Displays outstanding achievements that positively impact the Community, the Association and the Property Management Industry.

3 AWARDS The PAMA Property Manager & Industry Contributor Awards Committee will recognize (3) three categories for nominations this year. Property Manager of the Year Rookie of the Year "Rising Star" Industry Contributor of the Year

4 NOMINATION CATEGORIES Promotion of ethical conduct and competence are included as part of the qualifications for these Awards. Property Manager of the Year Property Management professional who displays integrity, reliability and commitment to the Industry; Substantive achievement performing tasks, services or humanitarian efforts above and beyond a typical job description; An Individual who has improved the quality of life for a Client, a Community, a Building/Strata/Property, exhibited grace under pressure, helped others in a particularly kind and understanding manner by retaining and improving tenant and resident relations; Loyalty to Consumer Clients and the ability to interact well with Industry Members, Managers, Service Providers and other Industry Professionals. Rookie of the Year: RISING STAR An Individual with less than three years experience as of September 1, 2015 in the Residential, Rental and/or Strata Management Industry who has displayed exceptional abilities either generally or on a specific project. Provide details that reflect the individual s significant accomplishments. Motivates and inspires other employees and provides customer service beyond the job requirement; Performs tasks effectively and efficiently, with outstanding performance throughout the year; Takes the initiative to work on more difficult assignments; Has made significant contributions to the success of the Company. Industry Contributor of the Year An Individual, who displays integrity, reliability and commitment to the Industry; Loyalty to Consumer Clients and the ability to interact well with Industry Members, Managers, Service Providers and other Industry Professionals; Substantive achievement performing tasks, services or humanitarian efforts above and beyond a typical job description; Dedication and outstanding contribution to the Company, the Industry and PAMA; Contributed to the improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of the operation and success of the Company.
