So it s reassuring to know you ve got somewhere to turn when you need reliable information or support, and someone to talk to when things don t run as smoothly as you d like. As well as being able to offer you expert guidance on everyday matters, we re here for information and support with more serious problems too. Our next door neighbours used to play loud music nearly every night, often for hours at a time into the early hours of the morning. We had tried asking them politely to keep the volume down but it seemed to have no effect. Something not quite right? After reaching the end of our tether we called be supported.
