Our global EAPs provide a range of support services to an organisation s employees and their immediate family members. There are many components to an EAP, but at its core is short term, solution-based counselling, either via telephone, face-to-face or via Skype. Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This portal can be customised to include information about your organisation s health and wellbeing programmes, helping streamline our EAP into your other employee support programmes. Critical incident management AXA ICAS International critical incident management services provide expert and immediate solutions to organisations, teams and individuals preparing for and recovering from crises. If you choose our critical incident services your organisation has access to our team of clinical experts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week who can guide, assess and deliver services and support to your employees in a crisis. Management training AXA ICAS International provides customised training on a number of topics to promote health and wellbeing, improve performance as well as efficacy. In-house training and coaching represent the most effective and profitable solution for employee and organisational development - especially if combined. Coaching is an outstanding tool for the transfer of training contents into daily practice. Occupational health services AXA ICAS International can deliver the expert support you need to help you maintain the dayto-day health and wellbeing of your employees. Our Know your Numbers programme provides your employees with basic biometric information from a 15 minute screening. Used in conjunction with our multilingual Health Risk Assessment tool, this provides a valuable way for employees to identify how to make simple changes to their lifestyle, to achieve real differences to their health status. It also helps organisations identify employees health risks on which to focus existing wellbeing programmes. Confidentiality A really important aspect of the EAP is confidentiality. We follow strict guidelines on ethics and data protection. Your employees can be reassured that they will remain anonymous whilst dealing with AXA ICAS International. Our reporting on utilisation and the most common presented employee issues provides valuable data.
