9 Motivation Potential Assessment Wonderlic s Motivation Potential Assessment (MPA) is ideal for business leaders looking to pinpoint highly motivated self-starters that are likely to actively engage in their work and perform specific job functions at a high level. The MPA is a 30-question survey that measures key characteristics and preferences which are proven indicators of work attitude, behavior, performance and productivity.
