3 3 What insurance coverage will I have? akuten Super Logistics carries insurance to protect your inventory against accidental damages caused by minor incidents such as water damage and accidental damage caused by SL.The building where your inventory is currently housed is checked annually by the fire department and meets all fire codes. It is highly recommended that each company purchase business personal property insurance from a reputable insurance provider. 4 How long have you been in business? akuten Super Logistics was founded in 2001 focusing on e-commerce order fulfillment. With our experienced management teams and leaders, your business will be in good hands. 5 Do you have minimum and maximum volumes you handle? akuten Super Logistics works with established e-commerce retailers who move a significant amount of merchandise each month. SL has a $1,000 monthly minimum that is easily covered by monthly order volume. This means SL remains focused on servicing your business without the distractions of small online retailers. There is currently no maximum volume. 6 Which shipping companies do you use? akuten Super Logistics gives you a choice of shipping companies to choose from. We have strong relationships and real-time integrations with UPS, FedEx, and USPS. SL provides shipping discounts to qualified customers based on specific requirements. akuten SUPE LOGISTICS
4 Is there a long term 7 commitment? No, akuten Super Logistics does not require a long term commitment. In fact, you can cancel at any time. However, SL does require 60 day advance notification for cancellation. Do you have a service 8 guarantee? Yes, akuten Super Logistics guarantees that all merchandise is shipped with 100% order accuracy within one full business day, meaning the right item(s) and quantity within every box. In the event that your order is not shipped correctly, there is no need to fill out forms or error tickets; akuten Super Logistics will automatically credit your account with the full fulfillment cost of the order. How do you handle 9 mistakes? Aside from our 100% Automatic Accuracy Guarantee, akuten Super Logistics has a dedicated customer support team that is committed to solving any issues you may have. Customer support can be contacted through or phone during normal business hours. You can expect a response within 3 business hours. Unlike other fulfillment companies, akuten Super Logistics customer support representatives maintain a physical presence in our fulfillment centers, allowing them easy access to your products. Do you have daily 12 backup? akuten Super Logistics servers are hosted offsite at a top hosting provider. SL has redundant servers and backup in each facility in case one server or hard drive fails. SL also performs regular backups of the SmartFill system onsite to prevent catastrophic data loss at our hosting facility. SL IT staff are notified immediately if a server is down, however, we have experienced limited downtime in the past ten years and have always delivered on our same day business shipment guarantee. akuten SUPE LOGISTICS 13 What kind of customer support will I receive? akuten Super Logistics has a team of people to ensure your fulfillment experience goes as smoothly as possible. You ll receive an onboarding specialist when you first sign up with SL, as well as a freight specialist if you re interested in our inbound freight services. After onboarding, you will get assistance from our on-site customer serivce representatives that are located in each of our facilities.
6 14 How much do your services cost and what do I get? akuten Super Logistics is committed to delivering industry leading order fulfillment that adds significant value to your business. There are no hidden fees. The fulfillment fee of each customer is determined on a case-by-case basis, contact your sales representative to get a proposal. 15 Can you provide references? Yes. akuten Super Logistics will provide references once your proposal rates and terms have been agreed upon. 16 How often do I pay you for your services? Invoices for fulfillment charges are automatically charged to your credit card on the 15th of each month. Within SmartFill, the invoices shown in black are already paid (current), and those in red are pending (not paid). akuten Super Logistics posts your fulfillment invoices in advance of charging your credit card so that you have a chance to review them before payment processing occurs. Shipping charges are billed on the 8th, 15th, 22nd and 1st day of the next month every month this is automatic and follows the billing cycles that akuten Super Logistics must meet with shipping companies.
