8 - 6 - POLICIES TERMS: Net 30 days from the date of invoice, subject to credit approval. Please allow 10 days for initial credit processing. No shipments will be made to past due accounts. We are unable to accept C.O.D. orders. CAN SIZE: All aerosol products are packaged in 16 and/or 20 ounce cans, unless otherwise noted. Prices for 24 ounce cans are available upon request. CAPS: All stock aerosol products have a full diameter white plastic cap and are packaged one dozen cans to a white carton. Selected colors or rim snap caps are available at a $1.00 charge per dozen. TIPS & TUBES: Extension Tubes and/or Tips, packed 12 per envelope, are included at no extra charge in products denoted by "~". Additional Tips and/or Tubes are available at.50 per envelope. CUSTOMIZED PRIVATE BRAND: Paper labels are available. One color custom labeling is included in price. Two-color labeling is available at an additional.06 per can. Custom colors and other special requests will be billed accordingly. Minimum quantities: 25 dozen paper label, per product. LABELS: Litho wrap labels are available, offering a lithograph-looking package. Ask your salesperson or call our Customer Service Department for details. ARTWORK DESIGN: A one-time charge of $35 per product for initial one color art work. For two-color artwork, the one-time charge is $70 per product. In some cases a third composite screen may be required and will be billed at $35. Any change of name, address, logo, or other revision by the customer will be considered a new design and charges will be the same as above. LITERATURE: A variety of literature, including catalogs, demonstrations and technical bulletins, is available under the USSC name or customized. Ask your salesperson or call our Customer Service Department for additional details. MSDS: Material Safety Data Sheets are provided for all products. An MSDS is packed in most SKU s of USSC label product at no extra charge. A personalized MSDS can be packed in private label cases at a charge of.25 per dozen. CUSTOM PRODUCTS: USSC also manufactures custom products. These products are made to the customer's specifications and are quoted per request. FREIGHT: Freight is shipped prepaid on invoices of assorted products of 20 oz. and / or 16 oz. cans in minimum quantities of 50 or more dozen, if the invoice is paid within 30 days. For quantities less than above, F.O.B. Alpharetta, Georgia. A nominal handling fee will be added to all UPS shipments, as these require preparation. USSC reserves the right to charge freight for past due invoices. USSC reserves the right to select the freight carrier on all freight prepaid shipments. FREIGHT CLAIMS: Title to all shipments passes to the freight line and the customer when the shipment is picked up by the delivering carrier. All claims should be made to the carrier by the customer. All products are warranted as per label for one year. Claims must be made within 12 months from the date of the invoice and merchandise must be made available for inspection at the customer s facility. Seller s liability will be limited to the invoice price on goods sold. Seller and Manufacturer warrant that the materials will conform to the description on the face thereof, that it will convey good title thereto, that the materials will be delivered free from any lawful security interest or other lien or encumbrance unknown to buyer and that the materials will be free from defects in material and workmanship. There is no implied warranty of merchantability. There is no other warranty expressed or implied, except such as is expressly set forth herein. Seller will not be liable for any general, consequential or incidental damages, warranty for negligence, seller s liability and buyer s exclusive remedy being expressly limited to the repair of defective materials, or the shipment of equivalent materials F.O.B., the shipping point indicated on the face thereof, or the repayment of the purchase price upon return of the materials, or the granting of a reasonable allowance for any defects, as seller may elect. Except as otherwise stated, any claim for defective materials or for any other cause whatsoever will conclusively be deemed waived by buyer unless written notice thereof is given to seller within one year after date of shipment. Seller will be given reasonable opportunity to investigate all claims, and no materials may be returned by buyer to seller until after receipt by buyer of definite shipping instructions from seller. DROP SHIPMENTS: Shipments will be made direct to your customer in your name. Shipments will be made prepaid and freight billed to you. The USSC name will not appear on the bill of lading. RETURNS: Prior home office approval and authorization must be obtained for return merchandise. A 15% and $3 per dozen fee will be charged. Private label returns are not acceptable. All products are guaranteed for one year from date of shipment. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE: Insecticides and Disinfectants are registered with EPA under FIFRA. USSC label products may not be registered in all states; please contact Customer Service or your salesperson for information. Private label insecticides and disinfectants require registration in states where they are sold. Some states also regulate volatile organic content. VOC-regulated products which meet all current limits are denoted by. Ask for details about other specific product/state regulations. SAMPLES: Samples available in case quantities only.
