1. Target Purpose In order to facilitate the delivery of single conductors / wires / strands without delay and with minimum effort, store in our warehouse and process in production, it is very

Field of application These regulations apply to all deliveries of single conductors/wires/strands Exception: Contractually fixed individual regulations (e.g. System supplier, Logistics partner) 3. 3 If single conductors/wires/strands are delivered on one-way reels, the following reels are to be used. As an alternative, one-way pallets according to RAL-RG 993 which are high-rack capable, transportsafe, intact, dry, and clean, can be used. The maximum accepted packaging height including the load carrier must not exceed 1,100 mm. The goods must be transport-safe and weatherproof protected. Pallets with following criteria will not be accepted: - A bottom- or cover-edge board is splintered in a way that more than a nail- or screw shaft is visible. - One or more boards are missing. - A block is missing or splintered in a way that more than one nail is visible. - A board is laterally- or diagonally broken. - More than two bottom- or cover-edge boards are splintered in a way that more than a nail- or screw-shaft is visible. Bad general condition: - The load capacity is no longer guaranteed (brittle, rotten, strong split-offs). - The pollution is so strong that the load goods are contaminated. - Strong split-offs exist several blocks. - Obviously, impermissible components have been used (e.g. too thin boards, too thin block) ESCHA GmbH & Co. 5 6. Delivery, Shipping method The delivery is effected at cost and risk of the supplier to ESCHA delivery address stated in the order. In case ESCHA is the freight payer (contractual agreement), shipping is exclusively effected with DACHSER: Customer-No. ESCHA We expressly point out that we have not accepted transport invoices from third-party contractors any more since Our customer-no. must necessarily be marked on all freight documents to avoid incorrect invoicing of the transport costs. ESCHA is a known consignor with the license-no. DE/KC/ through the LBA Braunschweig. We are committed to this procedure through this license. In case of air cargo to our address, the forwarder must be a regulated agent according to LBA. 7. Owner of documents The Purchasing Department is the owner of documents for this process instruction. The sole responsibility of the decision for change of instructions as well as the revision service resides with the purchasing. The documents release as well as stipulating and permitting of exceptions (contractual) are effected through ESCHA GmbH & Co. KG Purchasing Management. ESCHA GmbH & Co.
