For Operator calls, the total rate shall be the sum of the Operator initial minute rate and the product of the Operator additional minute rate times the number of additional minutes plus the approprate surcharge. For Calling Card calls, the total rate shall be the sum of the Calling Card initial minute rate and the product of the Calling Card additional minute rate times the number of additional minutes plus the appropriate surcharge.

The time of day for Alaska originated, 800-accessed Calling Card calls is based upon Anchorage, Alaska time. The time of day for Contiguous 48 States, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or US Virgin Island originated Calling Card calls is based upon the nearest Billing Point's time. The time of day for Canada originated Calling Card calls is based upon Seattle, Washington time Calculation of Mileages for Canada Only The mileage distances used in computing service charges are the airline distances between the origination points and the destination points, with the following exception. Alaska originated, 800-accessed Calling Card calls begin at the company's closest switch to the origination point and ends at the destination point Directory Assistance Charge for Canada Only A Directory Assistance Charge will be applied to all calls made from any GCICC origination point to international Directory Assistance. Up to two requests may be made on each call to Directory Assistance. Charge Per Call: $0.75 I
