Main goals of the document This document is created for ExPACS 2.x.x, PACS system. It s purpose is to present a HL7 Conformance statement. This deocument describes a way to connect ExPACS with other information systems that are provided by other vendors. If you want to integrate your system with ExPACS all work should be done with authorized Pixel Technology representative. If you want to read and understand that document we assume that you re familiar with HL7 standard, especially with 2.2.x version. If you re not familiar with terminology and HL7 standard you ll ne to understand it first. It is also possible to integrate with ExPACS by using other technology like WebServices, but this is not purpose of this document. 3.
