2 Dynamic weighing systems Belt scales ESW 2 series Use: In stationary belt conveyors for the weighing and dosing of bulk materials such as grain, wooden pellets, gravel+sand, recycling materials. In mobile screening and crushing plants. The belt scales of the ESW 2 series are single-idler belt scales for installation into belt conveyors. They are suitable for belt widths from 400 to max. 1,000 mm and flow rates from 2 to 1,000 t/h. Advantages: measuring accuracy ± 1-2 %, easy installation, good price-performance ratio, low maintenance requirement, retrofittable. Control unit: ModWeigh FBW for continuous quantity measurement ModWeigh DBW for weighing and dosing tasks. EBW 10 series Use: For the weighing and dosing of bulk materials of all kinds. In stationary belt conveyors and in mobile screening and crushing plants. The scales from the EBW 10 series are single-idler belt scales with a strong, torsionally rigid weighing platform, which ensures exact and weighing processes with long-term stability. For belt widths from 500 to 1,800 mm and flow rates from 2 to 2,000 t/h. Equipped with 1 or 2 load cells, with transport and overload protection. Further advantages: measuring accuracy ± 1 %, low installation height, easy installation, low maintenance requirement, retrofittable. Control unit as for the ESW scales via ModWeigh FBW / DBW. EBW 20 series - legal-for-trade - Use: For legal-for-trade applications and uses requiring a higher level of measuring accuracy. In stationary belt conveyors. For heavy-duty applications. One feature of the EBW 20 series is the extended weighing platform, which can accommodate two or three idlers. This results in a longer measuring path, which ensures extremely high measuring accuracy. Use for accuracy class: 0.5/ 1 or 2. For belt widths from 500 to 2,000 mm and flow rates from 2 to 10,000 t/h. Further advantages: retrofittable, available with static testing device. Control unit: WC 9604 for legal-fortrade scales, otherwise ModWeigh FBW or ModWeigh DBW. ESW 2 for flow rates from 2 to 1,000 t/h EBW 10 completely galvanized EBW 20-PTB/MID in stainless steel 2

Impact scales ImpactWeigh Use: For the continuous quantity measurement of easily flowing bulk materials in vertical process routes, e.g. for process control, internal mass balance or for the optimization of truck and wagon loading.

Design: stable housing with inlet and two doors, stainless steel impact plate with special suspension, separate measuring chamber with the newly developed weighing mechanism.

The ImpactWeigh weighs reliably and with a high level of accuracy (measuring accuracy ± 1 to 2 %). The compact and robust scales are available in various sizes for flow rates from 4 to 400 m³/h. The DiffWeigh is a loss-in-weight feeder for dosing quantities from 400 to 4,000 kg/h. Pre-hopper and dosing screw available in numerous variants. Measuring accuracy ± 0.5 %. Control unit: ModWeigh DI, WC Use: For the exact weighing and dosing of fine-grain bulk materials such as powders and granulates, either continuously or in batches. For small and medium dosing capacities. The micro feeder is available in two sizes for dosing quantities from 10 to 3,000 l/h. The weigh feeder VBF is characterised by: exact weighing (measuring accuracy ± 1%), robust construction and short shape. The VBF is predestined for use in harsh industrial environments and confined spaces. Control unit: ModWeigh FBW, ModWeigh DBW or WC Use: For high-precision, legal-for-trade bulk material weighing and dosing, e.g. for truck and wagon loading, for the weighing of extremely light materials such as wood wool or recycling materials. Available for flow rates from 0.1 to 1,000 m³/h, in belt lengths from 2,100 to 11,000 mm. Measuring accuracy ± 0.25 to 1%, MID approval for accuracy class 0.5/ 1 and 2. The VC 3500 is a heavy-duty module, equipped with a precise double-ended shear beam load cell for nominal loads from 2 to 200 t. Can be installed directly between the foundation and the vessel support, offers optimum force introduction as well as lift-off and side load protection. Securing bolts protect the load cell from shock loads. Special feature: replacement of the load cell possible without removing the module. Control unit: e.g. with UWT 600 or G 5. LCM legal-for-trade - Use: Silo, tank and vessel weighing for small and medium loads, also in outdoor areas. For legal-for-trade applications. Features of the LCM 460: equipped with an extremely precise double-ended shear beam load cell made of stainless steel, for 5 to 100 t, with OIML R60 approval. Robust built-in module with integrated lift-off protection. Safety screws for the protection of the load cell from shock loads. Replacement of the load cell possible without removing the module. Control unit: e.g. with UWT 600 or G 5. The KIS series - legal-for-trade - Use: For sophisticated industrial weighing processes, especially of agitators and mixers or tanks with thermal expansion. The unique construction of this force transducer ensures optimum force transmission. The accuracy of the measurement even remains when there is a shift of the force transmission or when high lateral forces (permissible up to 100% of the nominal load) occur caused by vibrations or thermal expansions. Weighing of small mixers or tanks with low thermal expansion The Levermount is available in three sizes for nominal loads from 5 kg to 5 t. With precise load cell with OIML R60 approval. For dosing tasks and legal-for-trade applications. The module consists of the base plate and the elastomer load transmission element with no horizontal and vertical movement. The stainless steel shear beam load cell has an OIML R60 approval, C3 and C6. Nominal loads from 300 kg to 2 t. Low installation height, hermetically sealed. ATEX approvals optional. Levermount lite WZM 3510 Level control for silos and tanks daisy - bolt on sensor Use: For the level control and weight measurement at storage silos and tanks, for inventory control and also for truck and wagon loading. The daisy sensor records the smallest changes in length in the steel substructure of silos, which occur due to the filling. Therefore, the ideal field of application is for silos and tanks having their own substructure. Advantages of the sensor: non-contact measurement, i.e. measurement irrespective of bulk material geometry, dust, temperature or pressure. The sensors are retrofittable and can be installed even in partly filled silos without interrupting production. Daisy measurements are characterised by high repetition accuracy and good long-term stability. Control unit: UWT 600 or MV 1000 or comparable performance transmitter. daisy sensors, bolt on technique OnBoard weighing processes WZM Use: Container weighing on vehicles, in mobile plants or for tipping and ridable containers e.g. in the steel and recycling industry, for rail and crane weighing. The WZM is an extremely robust double-ended shear beam load cell, characterised by its solid design, without flexible top plates, made of corrosion-resistant special steel. The normal load range is 10,000 kg or 15,000 kg with a limit load capacity of 30,000 kg. The WZM is installed mechanical fixed, thus also withstanding high vertical and horizontal loads and plant vibrations. Special feature: cable with plug for connection to special terminal box. Control unit: e.g. UWT 600, G 5 or comparable performance transmitter. WZM extremly robust 5

Use: For fast and exact weighing in industrial processes. Ideal for process control and automation. The G 5 is a modern performance transmitter, equipped in addition to the classic analogue output with a USB port, SD card and Ethernet interface as standard.
