5 6 7 Most of the people who visited the FLAAR booth came to introduce themselves and to thank us for the FLAAR evaluation reports which made it easier for them to decide which brand and which product to consider.

6 8 9 UV Printers efi had more UV-cured printers than any other printer manufacturer at the ISA sign expo.

8 12 13 Honeycomb sandwich board material There are more than eight different brands of honeycomb sandwich material. Each manufacturer has a preferred structure. In order to eventually produce an evaluation we would need to visit the factory and then an end-user.

9 14 15 Flatbed Cutters There are several hundred models of CNC routers and CO2 laser engravers in China. Of these only a few percent are sturdy enough for distributors to risk selling them in USA, Europe, Middle East, etc. The two models here (in the booth of ess) are one of the brands of flatbed cutters in China which we may consider evaluating (which requires a factory visit and then an inspecting of the cutters out in the real world in a print shop). We know the capable distributor for MultiCam in Bogata, Columbia and see the MultiCam brand at many expos (but we have not yet evaluated their recent models).

10 16 17 Textile printer workflow Booth of DigiFab; this capable family-owned business has over a decade of professional experience with all aspects of textile inks, fabrics, and printing on textiles.

11 18 19 Textile printers ATPColor has a major advantage in that this company in Italy has lots of experience with all aspects of textile printing.

12 20 21 Distributors There are dozens of distributors at US trade shows, but one we know the best is Graphics One (GO). If you need to see a list of all distributors (and their booths) there is a separate FLAAR Report on distributors of inkjet printer workflow products.

13 22 23 Mild Solvent printers Seiko Instruments USA is best known for their colorful mildsolvent ink printers, but now they also offer two models of UVcured flatbed printers.

14 24 25 Eco friendly signage and building materials PE is an eco-friendly alternative to PVC vinyl. PE is available from Yeong Jeou around the world. YJ is an international company with offices in USA, Malaysia and China.

FLAAR has visited DigiFab in California. Caldera RIP from France. The energetic owner and staff of this company have grown their brand to the top tier, especially for grand format printers. FLAAR has visited their headquarters in France. Wasatch RIP (I have visited their company headquarters). Wasatch was the RIP used in the FLAAR evaluation center at BGSU in Ohio.
