Clarity will take care of all your travel needs from air and rail to hotels and other amenities that help make a smooth journey. With our highly innovative online booking system, you will be able to book travel easier and quicker than ever before. A dedicated travel team will be on hand to help assist with any system/booking queries. We are determined to provide a comprehensive service to cover all your requirements. 7 Online Booking process Enquiry Booker/Traveller logs into Go2Book. The Travelllers profile can be automatically applied at this stage Method of travel is selected and itinerary details entered. Results Results display on one screen showing multiple options for travel types selected Results will display as per travel policy and preferred rates selected Options can be selected and basket Confirmation Data is analyzed and reviewed as part of account management process Booking data is captured and transferred from Go2Book to Go2Insight Booking transferred electronically to invoicing system Consol invoice produced Invoicing & MI Confirmation s and itinerary sent to the booker and/or traveller Mandatory capture fields to be completed Traveller profile preferences transferred into the booking Traveller will proceed with selected option. Out of policy justification if required
8 Offline Booking process Enquiry Booker / Traveller to make contact with CTM via phone or dedicated address Consultant to ensure all enquiry details are sufficient in order to start search process Quote Options are provided to Booker/Traveller with details including cancellations/rule s etc Confirmation Booker/traveller selects required option Consultant will process request referencing travel policy to ensure guidelines are met Data is analysed and reviewed as part of account management process Booking data is captured and transferred from Go2Book to Go2Insight All transactions billed to consolidated invoice Booking is transferred electronically to invoicing system Invoicing & MI Booking is confirmed and itinerary confirmation ed to traveler All mandatory data capture fields are entered Consultant ensures all traveler details are loaded from profile
9 Hotel billback process Traveller confirms hotel booking confirmation is sent to the traveller with full booking details Confirmation is faxed to hotel confirming allowances, preferences and the CTM payment card used for billback Traveller checks in and stays at the hotel. No payment is required. Traveller checks out and only settles any personal costs that are not be billed back The hotel charges the Clarity payment card booking details are transferred to the invoicing system and invoices are generated after departure Charges included on consolidated invoice clarity transfer all data to go2insight for reporting purposes
