2 Product Data Sheet ProPlate, Mass ProPlate, and Model 1195 Improves accuracy and repeatability in 1 /2-in., 1-in., and 1 1 /2-in. line sizes Using an integral orifice flowmeter solution will eliminate the three measurement inaccuracies measurement recorded in small orifice line installations. 1. The Model 1195 integral orifice honed body reduces ID uncertainty 2. By inserting precision bored upstream and downstream sections of pipe, the velocity profile distortion due to pipe roughness is reduced 3. The self-centering design of the Model 1195 Integral Orifice Plate eliminates plate misalignment Using integral orifice flowmeter solutions will greatly improve measurement accuracy and repeatability. Reduces leak points by over 50 and line plugging in minimized The integral orifice flowmeter solutions eliminate impulse lines, decreasing leaks point by over 50. Line plugging will be minimized through direct mounting because long lines, small-bore ports, and crevices will be eliminated, reducing maintenance costs. Improves reliability with consistent installations Decreases start-up time due to the flexibility of numerous process connection options. The direct mount design eliminates field welding and unique impulse line. Multivariable measurement for gas and steam Measuring mass flow (base volumetric) in Gas and Steam reduces process variability. 3 How to Order 1. Complete the Configuration Data Sheet (CDS). Fill out the Fluid Data Sheet (FDS) for custom fluid or natural gas (optional for Model 1195). 2. Determine the orifice plate bore size using the Instrument Toolkit sizing and product selection tool. Rosemount Inc. will calculate the bore size if quality code QBC is selected 3. Select the Flowmeter ProPlate, Mass ProPlate, or Model 1195 Integral Orifice Body material: 316 SST or Hastelloy C-276 Process connection: ProPlate and Model 1195 are available with a threaded or socket weld body or pipe extensions with flanged, threaded, or bevelled ends. Mass ProPlate is available with pipe extensions only (pipe material and flanges are the same material as the body).
