3 1.0 Dashboard After successful registration, seller will be redirected to his/her Dashboard area where She/he can check statistics for the following: 1. Total Sales 2. Total Credits 3. Total Orders 4. Total Sold Items 5. Total Messages Sales Graph is placed on the dashboard which shows annual sales of seller from the products. Seller can also view the list of latest orders placed by customers. For checking the details of the order, seller will need to click on eye icon buyers.. Seller can also view the messages sent by Three links are given above the statistics are considered to be as a shortcut for following sections: Add A Product: Click on it will redirect the seller to the Add a product page from where seller can either send a request to admin for adding the product in the catalog listing or pick any product from the catalog listing. Sales: Click on it will redirect the seller to My Sales page from where seller can view the list of orders placed by Buyers. My Products: Click on it will redirect the seller to list of products which are already there in the catalog listing or the products added by seller. 4 2.0 Shop Seller will be able to manage his/her shop from this section. Following given below sections can be handled under Shop: 1. Manage Shop 2. View Shop 3. My products 4. Inventory Update 2.1 Manage Shops Sellers need to set up their shop by submitting details. They can edit the shop details in future as well from this tab. 7 Media Banners that will be displayed on the shop detail page will be uploaded from here. Seller can change the banners in future as well. Banners will be of different dimensions depending upon the layout selected by the seller. Recommended size of banners will be defined in this tab as well. 8 Collection Seller can make collections which he wants to highlight on his shop. S/he will need to link the products to the collection he is making. 2.2 View Shops After filling all the above details, seller can view his/her shop which will be shown

10 2.3 My Products Seller can view the list of products added by him/her. The products listed out here will be the products which the seller has picked to sell from the Admin s catalog. 11 2.3.1 Manage Your Catalog Seller can manage the details of the catalog added by him previously. Catalog will be listed out here for the seller. 2.3.2. Add New Catalog Seller can add any custom product or can select a product from Admin s catalog to sell from his shop.

Also, he can update the inventory in bulk for the products he is already selling. Please see the screen shot below: Create New Catalog: In case the Seller selects Create new catalog, he will be redirected to the product details form through which he can enter the details of that product. 15 For Links, seller needs to assign Brands, Categories and Tags with the product. Please see the screenshot below. A. Brand/Manufacturer Seller can select the brand from the listed ones while creating a catalog. If brand is not found, then seller can request to add new brand which will be further view by admin and can be added in the system. B. Category Seller can assign the category for the product. Category is required to be assigned to show the product on frontend. C. Add Tag Seller can add existing tags created by Admin from the backend or can Add new tag with the catalog. 16 NOTE: Brand & Category are required to be assigned to the products. Seller can set the language specific SEO details such as Meta title, Meta keyword, Meta description and other Meta tags for the product. Please see the screen shot below: Seller can also offer the product at a special price from Special Price tab to offer that product at a discounted price. Seller can provide the dates from which the special price will be offered and also s/he can define up to which date he wants to list the product at discount. 19 Search and Add Existing Products In case the Seller selects Search and Add Existing Products, s/he will be redirected to the list of catalog items that have been added by the Admin and s/he can select any product to sell via his shop by providing certain details. Also, Seller can provide the shipping details in case he is shipping the products to the buyers. Example, if we have selected Lenovo K3 note then we need to add product details of Lenovo K3 note like the inventory maintained, the date from which the seller will be selling that product, the options of that product which is being sold by the seller. 20 Inventory update in bulk Sellers can update the inventory details of their product stock. 21 3.0 Sales All sales related information and details will be shown under this module from where seller can view the list & details of the orders placed by buyers. Seller can also view the cancellation and order return requests sent by buyers. 3.1 Sales In Sales tab, seller can view list of orders placed by buyers with following status: 1. Payment Pending 2. Payment Confirmed 3. In Process 4. Shipped 5. Delivered 6. Return Requested 7. Completed 8. Cancelled 9. Refunded/Completed Seller can filter the orders by using following search filters: 1. Keyword 2. Status 3. Date From and Date To 4. Order From ($) and Order To ($) Click on will redirect the seller to view details of the order and Click on will let the seller to cancel the order placed by buyer. 23 3.2 Cancellation Requests Seller can view the list of requests sent by buyers for the cancellation of order placed by them. Seller can search any order by using following filters: 1. 26 4.0 Settings 4.1 Manage Tax Categories In this section, seller can manage their tax category. Seller can manage tax rates and change the value of tax category added by admin. 27 4.2 Options Seller can add options he wants to provide for his Custom added products. Like, If he has added a custom water bottle to sell via his shop and he wants to give color options or volume options for that bottle, s/he can add the options for color i.e. red/blue/green or volume i.e. 1ltr/2ltr from this tab. 29 5.0 Profile Seller can manage following sections under Profile tab of the side menu: 1. My Account 2. Messages 3. My Credits 4. Wishlist/Favorites 5. Change Password 6. Change Below you can get brief idea of each section: 5.1 My Account Seller can manage account information such as profile details, bank account information and return address under this section My Account Seller can edit profile details such as: 1. Customer name 2. Phone no. 3. Country 4. State 5. City Seller cannot edit Username as it is a unique name that is used in database records and Address cannot be edited from this page but if seller wants to edit address or password then user can do the same from Change Password and Change section mentioned further in this document. Seller can also upload or remove the profile image from this section and also have the feature to select default dashboard (Buyer or Seller) which can be displayed after login. See screenshot given below: 5.2 Messages Messages sent by buyers to sellers will be displayed under this section. Seller can view the message thread and also able to reply back on the recent message sent by buyer. 34 5.3 My Credits List of all transactions will be displayed under this section. Seller can also send fund withdrawal request to admin from this section. Seller can also search for any transaction by using following search filters: 1. Keyword 2. 38 6.0 Reports Seller can view the following reports under Reports tab of the side menu: 1. Products Performance 2. Products Inventory 3. Products Inventory Stock Status Below you can get brief idea of each section: 6.1 Products Performance Seller can view the performance of the products they are selling on the basis of the products sold by them. Seller will have an option to export the report in CVS format. Top performing products tab will display the products that are sold the most from the Seller s shop Bad performing products tab will display the product that are sold the minimum from the Seller s shop Most favorite products tab will display the products which have been marked as favorite by most number of users.
