2 Who we are E.I.S. Aircraft is a well-established product and service provider focused on the aerospace market with more than 60 years of experience. Our three main businesses Products, Services and Operations offer a comprehensive scope of capabilities throughout the whole value chain, ranging from design and engineering through program management, production to aftermarket support. Overview business units Products In our business unit Products we offer a spectrum of cabin products like window frames, stowages, class dividers and crew rest arrangements in various types of materials, such as injection-molded plastic, composite, metal or fabric. Services The Services portfolio includes base and line maintenance, MRO of cabin components as well as refurbishment and overhaul of cabin interior products. Operations In its business unit Operations E.I.S. Aircraft offers flight training and target simulation for NATO armed forces deploying its own fleet of aircraft. We process all relevant approvals and accredited certifications throughout the whole value chain, including EASA 21G, EASA 21J and EASA Part 145. E.I.S. Aircraft s unique capabilities as a solutions provider have created exclusive long-term relationships with our international customer base.

3 Products PASSION FOR HIGH-QUALITY AND INNOVATIVE PRODUCTS Our Capabilities Our business unit Products focuses on highly engineered added value products that require comprehensive design and production know-how in order to meet the necessary rigorous quality standards and attain the certifications mandated by the OEMs and regulatory authorities. Furthermore, Products is capable of producing innovative, specialized solutions for series production. The product portfolio comprises a number of different cabin interior components including, among others window frames, stowages, lightweight separations, PSU panels, class dividers and curtain headers for all Airbus programs i.e. A320, A , A310, A330/340, A350, A380 and Boeing A/C s B737, B757, B767, B777, B747, and B787. Program Management & Engineering At the core of E.I.S. Aircraft interior product segment is its program management which is critical for the success of any product introduction and ongoing robust production. The program management proactively identifies and manages through life program risk and enhances efficiency and effectiveness of the processes to reduce costs for the customer while ensuring a timely and highest quality delivery. 4 Products PASSION FOR HIGH-QUALITY AND INNOVATIVE PRODUCTS Composite structures Composite manufacturing is a further core competence for Products. E.I.S. Aircraft works with a range of fiber/resin materials including polycarbonate, phenolia and epoxy, prepegs, glass, carbon and aramid fibers by using its comprehensive and IPprotected capabilities. Injection Molding Thermoplastic injection molding is a core technology and capability of the business unit Products. The benefit of using thermoplastic materials in aerospace applications is the parity of their performance characteristics to metal, combined with a sizeable reduction in weight. These advantages are the drivers behind the increased replacement of metal parts, laminate composites and hybrid structures by injection-molded parts. Tooling & Prototyping Fast prototyping is a crucial phase in the product life cycle. Products experienced team covers all the required skills in prototyping, ensuring an efficient and effective design process. During the prototype phase the business unit also optimizes the manufacturability of the design and functionability. Finishing Services Products has a range of in-house finishing services enabling it to provide finished parts and complete assemblies. The company applies the same highly controlled processes to secondary operations and assemblies as it does in its own part manufacturing processes.

5 Services PASSION FOR PERFORMANCE AND INDIVIDUAL SERVICES Our Capabilities Leveraging its expertise in aircraft products and its EASA part 145 approval, E.I.S. Aircraft has been offering a complementary range of Services for more than 15 years. The Services portfolio contains line and base maintenance, MRO of cabin components as well as refurbishment and overhaul of cabin interior products. The strength of its Services business lies in the ability to provide timely and efficient delivery at competitive prices. E.I.S. Aircraft performs maintenance tasks for commercial airline customers on several Airbus (e.g. A320, A330, A340) and Boeing (e.g. 737) aircraft types as well as business jet fleet operators. 6 Services PASSION FOR PERFORMANCE AND INDIVIDUAL SERVICES Line and Base Maintenance Scheduled Maintenance: Maintenance Services: Cabin Refurbishment: Interior The A1 rating enables Services to perform routine and non-routine checks on our responsibility according to the technical documentation of the airline or the aircraft OEM. In addition, Services fault rectifications and is able to realize minor and major repairs. The Services executes LOPA and cabin layout modifications as well as component removals and replacement. Finally, Services also performs checks of cabin equipment and furnishing function. The business unit Services repairs, refreshes and refurbishes sidewalls, cabin monuments as well as ceiling panels. As part of this service offering Services also provides the replacement and refinement of non-textile floors and carpets. MRO of Cabin Components The business unit Services offers various types of cabin component MRO services including: MRO of galley inserts such as coffee- and beverage makers, fridges, onboard stationary compactors and ovens Inspection and repair of electrical power controlled units and system Overhaul, repair & refurbishment of all types of aircraft seating systems as well as management of incorporation of service bulletins, cabin upgrade and engineering order programs

7 Operations PASSION FOR BUSINESS JETS & SPECIAL OPERATIONS Flight Operation The business unit Operations operates a fleet of Pilatus PC-9/B aircraft to provide aerial targeting services and special mission training to the German armed forces and other NATO- Forces within Europe. The combination of high performance aircraft and experienced pilots is supplemented by state-of-the-art, purpose designed equipment to provide realistic training missions, tailored to our customer s needs. Furthermore we support: Flight testing Calibration of radars and Instrument landing systems Evaluation of air defense systems Operations is approved by the German armed forces to design, produce, maintain, repair and overhaul oxygen equipment for military aircraft. To achieve the necessary standard of quality, a specialised oxygen maintenance shop is operated in Cuxhaven.

8 Operations PASSION FOR BUSINESS JETS & SPECIAL OPERATIONS Maintenance Repair & Overhaul E.I.S. Aircraft offers EASA Part-145 services for a number of different types of aircraft and aircraft components. Two maintenance facilities, located at Düsseldorf Moenchengladbach Airport (EDLN) and Kiel Airport (EDHK), provide maintenance services for the following types of aircraft: Pilatus PC-6, PC-9 & PC-12 Cessna Citation family Cessna 208 & 404 Socata TBM series Beechcraft King Air series Piper PA-31T & PA-46 Aircraft with MTOM < 2000 kg Operations is recognised as: Pilatus Satellite Service Center Pratt & Whitney Canada Maintenance Facility Honeywell Avionics Service Provider Design, Production and Retrofitting In conjunction with our EASA Part-21J approved Design Organisation and EASA Part-21G Production Organisation, Operations is able to develop, approve and install retrofits or special mission equipment for your aircraft. Our team of experienced engineers is keen to turn your desires from scratch into reality! Continuous Airworthiness Management E.I.S. Aircraft s business unit Operations is an approved Continuous Airworthiness Management Organisation according to EASA Part-M.
