9 Page QUALITY STATEMENT We recognize that the full involvement of all employees is needed to achieve our goals of providing highest quality service to all clients. The Management of EXPERTS has ultimate responsibility for establishing and maintaining quality goals and providing the necessary resources for their realization. Specific standards and specifications for clients are implemented through the individual Project Managers and all other engineers. Quality Control and Quality Assurance Engineers are assigned to each location. The Engineers work in conjunction with the Project Managers to ensure that the required standards and specifications are met. QA/QC Engineers report directly to the Projects Manager. Daily briefings are given to the supervisors to reinforce quality standards and objectives. All employees are encouraged to report back on quality problems to insure that they are recorded and rectified. Internal Non-Conformance Reports provide a common means of identifying quality concerns and methods of rectification. Supervisors are responsible for initiating corrective action if faults or quality problems are identified. The aim is always to eliminate the rejection of work and re-work.

Practically, job site safety is a joint responsibility of all parties present on each job site, including owner, engineers, contractor, subcontractors, delivery personnel, and employees of all the above, among others. All should be watchful to avoid hazards which might cause damage to property or injury to any person including themselves. Always make certain all employees know the safest and most productive way of working along with emergency telephone numbers, location of first aid stations and emergency procedures. Our company will keep daily meeting highlighting safety procedures, safety apparels, proper equipment and other necessary apparatus to safety at each job site. For each safety on the top priority, the company will prepare proper safety organization, health and safety awareness program and safety audit program to each job site.
