16 Construction & Civil Work: We did execute a civil & earth work project for Nabors camp, and we have a current contract with ARCHIRODON CONSTRUCTION for Conrrtluction of the Staging Pier / Eastern Breakwater, Al Faw Grand Port in Iraq.this project including earth work, electrical network installation, plumbing work with water & sewage network installation. We execute casting & reinforcing the pontine Shoulders project for General Company for Geological Survey and Mining & designing & build external garden and Rehabilitation of salted Basra for General Company for Geological Survey and Mining also, in addition to many other projects. 19 Supplying and logical support work: We have current operations for supplying on daily bases different kind of materials from local and international markets to the most oil international companies working in Iraq like Nabors, Halliburton, Shlumberger,weir,etc We ensure to deliver the materials on a timely manner and good quality. We have a current contract with Halliburton world wide to supply and deliver of a drill water to their location at Zubair field. Our Projects Page 18

20 Equipment Rental work: SSC have a rented vehicles at most oil field in southern of Iraq (Northern & Southern Rumaila oil field, Zubair oil field, West Qurna oil field,burjesia oil field ). Most of equipment certified with a third party certificate and complained with all safety requirements to work at oil fields and all our drivers are good trained, certified, high experienced and qualified to operate the vehicles. We have equipment like cranes (80ton, 50ton, 35ton, 25ton..), forklifts (different sizes), trailers, hiabs (different sizes), manlift, Dump trucks, and many others working on a daily, weekly and monthly bases with Nabors, ALE, BHDC, STS,SLB and ARCHIRODON. 21 RIG MOVES: Our main area of expertise is to move drilling rigs and drilling platforms. We also provide logistical services to drilling contractors or oil companies. Disassembly, transport, and assembly is carried out quickly, safely, and professionally, whilst the non-productive time of the drilling rig is kept to an absolute minimum. Our personnel is in permanent employment and represents a rare amount of experience and expertise. Many of our people have been working together for many years, which makes the experience acquired during the removal of the different drilling rigs a shared experience. We use state-of-the-art equipment, cranes and transport units for all our projects. Most of this equipment is Shames owned. If projects take place overseas, we use the expertise of Shames Shipping and other reliable partners to make sure that every step is controlled.
