4 Your Workshop Facilitator: Char Weeks Char Weeks is an Emotional Intelligence Practitioner certified by Genos International. She delivers Emotional Intelligence workshops, assessments, debriefs and coaching sessions either in central locations or your work place. She is also a Behavioural Coaching Institute certified Executive Master Coach and a member of the International Coaching Council. Accredited in the Resilience@Work program, Char provides one on one coaching sessions for participants in this very popular online program. Char is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has formal qualifications in change management from the Australian School of Business (formerly the Australian Graduate School of Management), business management, sociology and health economics.
