1 SERVICELIVE WALLET Sears Providers PROVIDER TRAINING SERVICELIVE WALLET

2 Sears Payment Process Beginning November 2008 Sears (Buyer Acct 1000) will migrate to the ServiceLive payment platform*. When this happens, payments for completed Sears Retail Installation Service Orders (Buyer Acct 1000) will be made through the ServiceLive Payment Platform and will be visible in each Provider Firm s ServiceLive Wallet. Payment for Service Orders closed on the ServiceLive Platform for the Sears buyer account will be paid in ServiceLive Bucks and withdrawals of ServiceLive Bucks will be available on demand. These service orders will be subject to the 10% platform utilization fee (Service Fee). The Provider Firm administrator can withdraw these funds from the ServiceLive Wallet for deposit into its bank account on demand. These deposits will be listed on bank statements as coming from ServiceLive and reconciliation can be made using the ServiceLive Wallet within the ServiceLive application. The ServiceLive Payment Platform* adheres to strict PCI and NACHA standards for your Firms safety and privacy. *Payment platform is Powered by Integrated Payment Systems, Licensed as a Money Transmitter, by the Banking Department of the State of New York

3 Benefits of ServiceLive Wallet No checks Withdraw funds anytime at providers preference (as longs a balance is available for withdrawal). Detailed recent transaction history. Depending on provider s financial institution providers can have payment made and funds transferred to their bank account within 2-3 business days. Provider Firm can view when payments have been made towards completed and closed orders.

4 Sears Add-on Services - Overview Sears Up sell is a business process followed by Sears Retail Installation Services to offer additional products or services to end customers, while the providers are on-site performing the scheduled installation services for the products or services that customer purchased at Point Of Sale. The list of Add-On Services will be available for the service provider, as well as the end customer as part of service order details. The sale will be completed as an offline process between the end customer and service provider. The existing Sears Process will be followed as per the User Flow Document attached. Provider will be able to include the completed Add-On Services in the service order and submit for payment. Sears Enterprise Buyer Account will be able to close the service order and pay the service provider for the add-on services along with the service order total. ** Cost Price (Paid to Provider) - is the price that provider s payment would be based on. Sell Price (End Customer Charge) is the retail price, or the price that customer pays Sears, for the materials and labor.

5 Overview ServiceLive Wallet Overview Tab The overview tab lists all your recent activity. Includes items such as: Transaction # Date / Time Type of Transaction Service Order # Status $ Amount Through ServiceLive Wallet you are be able to manage and update your account, track all transactions, manage funds and view your current balance.

6 Create Financial Profile Financial Profile Tab Buyers pre-fund their accounts so payment can be deposited into your ServiceLive account as soon as the buyer approves your completed work. Information you provide on this page helps simplify the payment process. You must: *Assign an Account Receivable Point of Contact. Click on Save Information.*

7 Manage Accounts Manage Accounts Tab From this page you will be able to view and manage your account. Account numbers will be encoded for your protection. As a further precaution, you will not be able to edit account numbers once they are established. Mr. Donald

8 Edit & Delete your account Create new account If you need to edit an account number, delete the account and create a new one. Payment from buyers will be deposited directly in to your ServiceLive Wallet. Withdrawals from your ServiceLive Wallet will be deposited to the accounts you identify.

9 Manage & Withdraw Funds Manage Funds Tab You can withdraw funds after a buyer has released funds based on completed and closed service orders. Depending on your firms financial institution, the funds may be available in your account within 2-3 business days. To withdraw funds you must have a balance in your ServiceLive Wallet. The maximum withdrawal is $5000 in 24 hours. In addition you can only make 6 withdrawals in 24 hours.

10 View History History Tab The History tab allows you to view all ServiceLive transactions by using the filters below. You also can export and format your selected data in to an excel file.

11 W-9 Overview The W-9 (Request for taxpayer identification number and certification) is a form that needs to be filled out by each Provider Firm Admin prior to receiving any payments through ServiceLive Wallet. The W-9 project will allow the ServiceLive team to generate tax and other government related forms as required. The W-9 form will be pre-populated with data gathered during the registration process. The Provider Firm will have the ability to accept the W-9 as displayed or modify certain fields and submit the new form to Service Live. A seven year history for each W-9 is kept and logged for all the fields on the W-9. There is a link under the Administrator Office for W-9. When a Provider Firm Admin clicks the link it will take the Admin to an independent W-9 page, which he/she can edit. The ServiceLive system requires a completed W-9 before completing the first Service Order utilizing the Payment Platform or withdrawing funds for the first time. The ServiceLive system requires the Provider Firm Admin to complete the W-9 form. Error messages will display to users trying to complete service orders for payment or withdrawing funds if the Provider Firm Admin has not submitted the form. *When Provider Admin assigns Manage Users rights to a ServicePro that allows the ServicePro to access ServiceLive Wallet.*

12 Confirm your W-9 before withdrawing funds Legal Tax Identification You must confirm your W-9 information before withdrawing any funds from the ServiceLive Wallet to your account. You must check and certify your legal tax identification. Update info as needed (See W-9 overview for further instructions).
