25 Feedback on the Insight Process KCGM identified a need to improve our processes in planning, budgeting and forecasting, but as we have some very complex requirements, we required some guidance around how we could implement systems that would improve the integrity of the output, whilst allowing flexibility for user input. The Business Insight provided an opportunity to review our business requirements, and assisted us to develop a plan that would meet these needs into the future. There was general acceptance that change was required, but there was a lack of clarity surrounding what change, how it should be enacted and what the benefits to the business would be. MYOB is an Oracle PBCS Customer NetSuite sold Adaptive, now they have no Planning solution, great opportunity for all of us to contact the NetSuite customer base We work closely with the EPM development team in the US, we ve even got some things changed in the PBCS application 30
