1 a fair deal on energy prices Price And Product Information Statement - Electricity Fair Deal 39 - Victoria Applicable date: 12 July 2017 Pay on time discount: Benefit period: Term: Under our Fair Deal 39 plan you will receive 39% off our published Standing Tariffs for each account you pay on time and in full. The pay on time discount applies to usage charges only and does not include supply charges or other charges payable under this energy offer. Our benefit period applies for 24 months from the commencement date. At the end of this benefit period your benefits will end but the agreement will continue. We may offer you, in accordance with our market offer terms and conditions, new benefits for an additional benefit period. If we do not, you will be required to pay Alinta Energy s then applicable published Standing Tariffs with no pay on time discount. No contract term. Exit fee No exit fee. Payment method: Billing frequency: Telephone or internet (credit card), direct debit, monthly payment smoothing via direct debit, BPAY, in person or by mail. Further details set out on your account. You will receive accounts at least every three months. Billing method: If you have provided an address bills will be sent to that address. If not they will be sent by post to the billing address provided.
