We have developed easy-to-use online tools where you can upload MyAd and MyZone ads that you have already created in Photoshop or other graphics design programs, you can build your own new ad from scratch or our team of experts will design an ad for you! o We will walk you through how to create your own MyAd and MyZone ads in a minute but if you want us to do it for you free-of-charge, please contact your Account Representative to learn more about our complimentary ad design services Creating and editing your own MyAd or MyZone ad Log into the Buzztime customer portal, my.buzztime.com Click on My Ads in the navigation Select MyAd List or MyZone List to select the type of ad you want to create o Please note: If you do not have the Digital Signage upgrade package, you will only see MyAds in your account NTN Buzztime, Inc. my.buzztime.com BuzztimeBusiness.com 2

3 o If you have our Digital Signage upgrade package, you will see a mocked up screen divided into three sections for your logo, a MyZone ad and Buzztime game content (MyAd) Click Create New Ad There are three steps: Select a Background, Edit Ad and Schedule Ad o Backgrounds Buzztime provides a number of Animated or Static background image templates that you can use in your ad Select Animated Backgrounds or Static Backgrounds, then use the Category pull down menu to search for different backgrounds; when you find one you like, click on it to proceed If you already have an ad or background you want to create on our system, select Custom Backgrounds NTN Buzztime, Inc. my.buzztime.com BuzztimeBusiness.com 3

4 Click Add New, then Choose File to find the file on your computer and then click upload your JPEG ad file should be designed to these specifications o MyAd images: At least 640 pixels wide by 480 pixels tall o MyZone images: At least 360 pixels wide and 450 pixels tall o May not exceed 3000 pixels in height or width o File size should be 4 megabytes or smaller o Quick tip: If you like to use PowerPoint, you can design your background or ads in that program and then save the file as a.jpg file In PowerPoint, click File > Save As, name your file and under the Save as type: option pull down menu, select JPEG File Interchange format, and then click the Save button Once successfully added, your file will be displayed on your computer screen, smaller than its original version; click the ad on screen to select it, then click Add New to proceed If you want help with your ad, remember that you can always contact your Account Representative for assistance NTN Buzztime, Inc. my.buzztime.com BuzztimeBusiness.com 4

5 o Edit Ad You can name your ad and add lines of text copy to your ad here, as well as Preview and Save your ad Enter an Ad Name that is easy to remember that describes the subject or deal value in the ad If you are using one of our designs, just select a block of text (see the Enter your message here placeholder text in the example above), delete the default text, and write your message; in most instances, you can move the text field(s) up and down on the background (except for templates or Animated Ads) If you have uploaded your own background, you can Add/delete new text boxes and move them around Change font, font size, font color and justification and check spelling! 6 o Schedule Ad MyAds: You can control the start and end dates, as well as days your ad will air; you cannot control the time it runs, as your ads run during normal Buzztime game breaks MyZones: You can control when the ad will start and end, what days and what time of day that you would like the ad to run, as well as which sites you want the ad to run at (if you are set up to manage multiple locations for your bar or restaurant brand) Make your scheduling selections, then press Save Schedule Once your MyAd or MyZone ad is created, you can easily edit, schedule and delete the ads by choosing the MyAds List or MyZone List To preview your MyZone Digital Signage ads o Log into the Buzztime customer portal, my.buzztime.com o Click on My Ads in the navigation o Select Preview o Your ads will rotate through a representation of our three section screen A few tips on ads for advanced users Write your ad out on paper before creating it on our customer portal, my.buzztime.com Create your ad either before or after work, so you are not interrupted Change backgrounds occasionally to give the same ads a different look! If you are part of a chain account with multiple locations, your my.buzztime.com account may be controlled by a corporate account, and corporate ads take precedence over your local ads. If your corporate office has filled a day with corporate ads, ask them to leave some space for your local ads. Ads created on the customer portal must be automatically downloaded to your site PC at your location, and this process can take up to 24 to 48 hours make sure to create your ads ahead of time before you want them displayed Animated Ads, if created, will take priority and be displayed first before other types of ads, as they are the most eye-catching and effective ads for your patrons You can create an unlimited number of MyAds and MyZone ads, but only the first 8 ads created are displayed. 5-8 of those ads will appear in one hour on your Buzztime TV screens, depending on the game schedule. Creating and editing your location s logo in Digital Signage If you selected our Digital Signage screen option when your system was installed by our service provider, you can display your logo on your TV screens o You know that you are using this option by looking at your Buzztime TV screens during normal game play if your screen is divided into three sections for your logo, a MyZone ad and Buzztime game content, then you are using our Digital Signage screen setup option Log into the Buzztime customer portal, my.buzztime.com NTN Buzztime, Inc. my.buzztime.com BuzztimeBusiness.com 6

7 Click on My Ads in the navigation Select Change/Upload Logo Click Browse to find your logo file on your computer, and make sure that your logos are designed to these specifications before uploading o May not exceed 3000 pixels in height or width o File size should be 4 megabytes or smaller o Please note: Larger files will be reduced to 360 x 185 pixels, so design for this size if possible to have the clearest, best logo displayed on your TVs o You can set alternative text if your logo is not available By default, this text will be your Buzztime site name Click Save Logo, and you will see your logo file displayed under the current logo section of the screen Select Preview from the top My Ads menu to see how your logo and ads will look on your TVs Change your Digital Signage background color If you selected our Digital Signage upgrade package when your system was installed, you can change the background color of the game zone on your TV screens select a background color that works well with your location s interior color scheme or the colors of your logo! Log into the Buzztime customer portal, my.buzztime.com Click on My Ads in the navigation Select Change/Upload Background Click a color template on screen, and our system will automatically save it as your background color Select Preview from the top My Ads menu to see how your background will look on your TVs Leverage Buzztime s Digital Signage for the opportunity to boost in-venue sales, drive repeat visits, and let players know that Buzztime is available!
