2 The Bee Well Story Kerry Owen (founder of Bee Well Honey) was introduced to honeybees as a child growing up in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. His father, grandfather and neighbors had beehives or bee gums as a source of honey for the family. Kerry, his wife Donna and two children have transformed beekeeping from a family hobby into a thriving business. Along with many faithful employees and other beekeepers who share the same goals and passion for producing and supplying the highest quality products and service to their customers across the Southeast, Bee Well is a recognized leader. Mr. Owen continues to give to the beekeeping community serving as a guest speaker at State Beekeeper meetings and many local associations. Bee Well Honey offers a complete line of beekeeping supplies, honeybee packages, queens and a Natural Market featuring natural and organic foods. We are proud to offer natural, unpasteurized, 100% pure raw honey, made in the USA just the way it s supposed to bee.
