The keeper unit is new and is not returned If you would like to order the previously used loaner cap, gown and tassel, orders will taken after March 1st. Cap size is NOT needed. A refund can not be issued if it is past the date of graduation or you have received your cap and gown package. Late fees and handling are NOT refundable. Dated or personalized products (i.e.: most of the announcement items) are NOT refundable.
