2 Storage/Water Quality Martin County MDM Plan

3 Storage/Water Quality Martin County MDM Plan What is Multipurposed Drainage Management? Preventative Measures - Practices that can be applied towards the existing land without dramatically changing the layout of the land. Control Measures - either conveys water, controls flow direction and rate, or maintains a desired water elevation. Treatment Measures treat runoff by providing filtering through use of vegetative cover or water storage.
