2 About Us Adler Ortho is an Italian Company totally devoted to development, manufacturing and marketing of surgical medical devices for Orthopaedics. Innovation is the foundation of our Company, pursued employing the latest technologies available, with vital direction and collaboration from the clinical community. 3 Adler Ortho started commercial operations in Therefore we are young, our foundations nevertheless have deep roots. The Company was born from the association of a group of managers with a long experience in the Orthopaedic market.

4 Technology Adler Ortho is built on innovation and advanced technology. We own a number of exclusive patents and we have a unique know-how, both in the field of standard mechanical production, as well as in the additive layer manufacturing, where we are worldwide leaders. Our Cormano and Bari manufacturing units employ the most advanced technologies for both implant manufacturing as well as for quality control.

6 Modula Modular Neck System Within the Adler Ortho organisation lies the experience of having developed and launched important orthopaedic innovations such as neck modularity in Total Hip Arthroplasty, with a patent first issued in Building on this experience, Adler Ortho progressed development of an exclusive concept for modularity together with a unique production and quality control system for modular necks. The Modula Modular Neck System is protected by several International patents.

7 Bari Manufacturing Unit. In 2017, Adler Ortho opened a new state of the art manufacturing facility in Bari, totally devoted to implant production employing additive layer manufacturing technology. This investment strengthens the strategic direction of the company, focused on high technology driven innovation in the field of Orthopaedics.

8 Powder Manufacturing Technology Adler Ortho was the first company to employ Additive Technologies for mass production of orthopaedic implants. Today this technology is used to routinely produce implants and instruments utilising all the typical metal alloys such as Titanium, Cobalt Chrome and Stainless Steel.

10 Custom Made Implants Adler Ortho also leads the Custom Made Implants market. Additive manufacturing allows the design of custom implants based on patients CT scans and/or MRI. These implants are normally required for patient specific indications requiring a unique solution such as in the field of Oncology requiring large skeletal reconstruction. Custom devices are also used to restore patient anatomy after major bone loss in revision surgery or after major trauma. The ability to rapidly produce a bespoke device with additive manufacturing allows Adler Ortho to provide a very responsive service. Courtesy of the Prof. D.M. 11 After 3D computer reconstruction of the anatomy, the implant is custom designed by our engineers and a detailed plan provided to the surgeon. When ready for surgery, the implant and all required trials and instruments are also supplied, manufactured with a 3D printer.

12 COMMERCIAL NETWORK In Italy Adler Ortho has commercial offices in Milan, Verona, Bologna and Rome and covers the entire Country with a network of agents and distributors. Outside Italy Adler Ortho has subsidiaries in Germany, France, UK and Belgium. In the rest of the world our commercial network is progressively growing through agreements with national Distributors.
